M4A4 | Evil Daimyo (Well-Worn)
The M4A4 | Evil Daimyo (Well-Worn) is a Restricted rifle skin with samurai-warlord and oni-mask artwork in red, black, and gold, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into the feudal-Japan design, with wear the dark base still partly masks.
Design
The look leans hard into feudal Japan — samurai-warlord and oni-mask graphics laid over a deep red-and-black body with gold flourishes. Community designer The Honey Badger created it, and it comes with a line of in-game story text: "Carmen. I found him...," from The Oni and The Valkyrie Part 1.
M4A4 | Evil Daimyo (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
At Well-Worn the finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the body and edges, where the darker tones thin out and the gold detailing fades in spots. The oni artwork stays recognizable, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade. For players who care more about price than surface condition, it delivers the warlord look for less.
M4A4 | Evil Daimyo Rarity
Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier of the standard grades. It ranks just under Classified and just over Mil-Spec, making it a middle-of-the-ladder rarity rather than a top-end one.
M4A4 | Evil Daimyo Case and Collection
Part of The Falchion Collection, this skin is pulled from the Falchion Case that shipped with Operation Bloodhound in May 2015. The Restricted tier as a whole lands roughly 16% of the time from the case (a rate the tier's skins share), and the coveted chase is the ★ Falchion Knife. With the case retired from the active drop pool, supply stays fixed and copies are bought on the market.
M4A4 | Evil Daimyo Patterns
No pattern variation exists on this skin; the oni-and-warlord graphic is fixed in place across all copies, so there's nothing like a paint seed or blue gem to track down. Only wear and float set individual units apart.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ M4A4 | Evil Daimyo is available and adds a kill counter; it's scarcer and carries a premium over the normal skin, and the counter is permanent, transferring with the item when it's traded or sold. There's no Souvenir variant, since Souvenir weapons only ever come from Major-tournament souvenir packages — and this finish is a Falchion Case drop, not a package item.
M4A4 | Evil Daimyo Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the price ladder, under Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget path to the design for buyers who won't pay the mid-grade rates. As an affordable mid-tier M4A4 to begin with, this grade is one of the cheapest ways to run the samurai theme. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and thinning paint across the body and edges, with the gold accents dulled in places — more wear than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred's heavy battering. The red-and-black artwork keeps it identifiable, so it still reads as Evil Daimyo in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the samurai design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred's condition.
Can I get Evil Daimyo from a trade-up?
Yes. Because it's a Restricted skin, a trade-up using ten Mil-Spec skins from The Falchion Collection can output it, though you can't pick the exact result. With the Falchion Case retired, trade-ups and the market are the practical ways to obtain it rather than unboxing.
