M4A4 | Hellfire (Well-Worn)
The M4A4 | Hellfire (Well-Worn) is a Classified rifle skin with a hand-painted devil-like creature among fire and chains in fiery red, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into a high-end demonic finish, with wear the busy artwork still partly disguises.
Design
The look casts the M4A4 as a hand-painted hellscape — a devil-like figure among flames and chains, splashed on in a hot, fiery red that gives the receiver its brimstone, demonic edge. Designed by the community artist SHPR, it ships with a fitting in-game line: "And brim pebbles."
M4A4 | Hellfire (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
At Well-Worn the finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the magazine, receiver, and edges, where the red thins and the base metal peeks through. The devil-and-flames artwork stays the anchor that keeps it recognizable, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade — the trade-off for players who care more about the price of entry than a spotless surface.
M4A4 | Hellfire Rarity
Rarity: Classified, the pink tier. It ranks near the top of the standard weapon grades, above Restricted and just under Covert — an uncommon band to unbox from any case.
M4A4 | Hellfire Case and Collection
Hellfire sits in The Operation Hydra Collection and comes from the Operation Hydra Case, which released with the Operation Hydra update on May 23, 2017. The Classified tier as a whole unboxes about 3.2% of the time (that figure is shared across the tier's skins), and because the case supply is fixed now, buyers pick up most copies on the market rather than from unboxing.
M4A4 | Hellfire Patterns
Hellfire has no random pattern roll — the hand-painted devil artwork is placed the same on every copy, which means there's no paint seed or "blue gem" worth chasing. Wear and float are all that set one copy apart from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ M4A4 | Hellfire does exist and adds a confirmed-kill counter; it's a rarer and costlier drop than the plain skin, and that counter is permanent — it carries over whenever the item is traded or sold. A Souvenir version was never produced, since Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and the Operation Hydra Case has never been a Major drop.
M4A4 | Hellfire Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of this finish's ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a cheaper path to a high-end, grail-tier skin for players who won't stretch to the mid or top grades. It's one of the more affordable ways to get the design into your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Hellfire look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and paint thinning across the magazine and edges — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering of Battle-Scarred. The red base and devil-and-flames artwork keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as a Hellfire in-game despite the visible wear.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a good deal better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers land there. Well-Worn makes sense when you want this demonic design as affordably as possible without going all the way down to Battle-Scarred.
Does the wear ruin the red finish?
Not entirely. The paint thins and scuffs at Well-Worn, dulling the fiery red in patches, but the busy devil-and-flames artwork and its chain detail keep the design legible. You lose some of the vivid heat of the higher grades, not the overall demonic look of the skin.
