M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Well-Worn)

M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Well-Worn)

The M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec rifle skin wearing yellow-and-black hazard imagery over a dark receiver, here in a more weathered state. It's a lower-cost route into the warning-sign look, with wear the busy graphics partly absorb.

Design

This is an in-house Valve design that borrows straight from industrial safety signage — a dark body sprayed with yellow-and-black hazard striping and radiological warning symbols. The finish skips fine detail in favor of bold contrast, landing on a utilitarian caution-tape look that stands out fast.

M4A4 | Radiation Hazard (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

At Well-Worn, floats climb into the 0.38–0.45 zone and the wear becomes obvious, with paint thinning and scratches spread across the body. The busy yellow-and-black pattern masks some of that damage, so the warning motif stays recognizable even as the surface roughens. For value-focused buyers it delivers the look for less.

M4A4 | Radiation Hazard Rarity

It carries the Mil-Spec Grade rarity — blue tier, the foundational grade of the standard weapon lineup. Being the most common tier, it's plentiful and never hard to source.

M4A4 | Radiation Hazard Case and Collection

Part of The Nuke Collection released in the Arms Deal update of August 2013, this finish reaches players through drops and trade-up contracts rather than a weapon case. Its Souvenir counterparts were awarded through Nuke Souvenir Packages at Majors. When one of those packages is opened, the Mil-Spec grade turns up most often, at close to 80%.

M4A4 | Radiation Hazard Patterns

Radiation Hazard carries no variable pattern. Every copy shows the hazard imagery in the exact same layout, so paint seeds and rare-pattern tiers simply don't apply — wear and float do all the differentiating.

StatTrak & Souvenir

No StatTrak version exists here, and the reason is mechanical: StatTrak items are minted only within weapon cases, and this finish was never placed in one. The Souvenir edition is real, however, since Souvenir weapons are produced through Major-tournament packages — in this case the Nuke Souvenir Packages first seen at ESL One Cologne 2014.

M4A4 | Radiation Hazard Price

Well-Worn sits near the lower end of the finish's ladder, above only Battle-Scarred — a budget-friendly way into a design that still carries a premium reputation among M4A4 skins. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How rough does the Well-Worn look?

Fairly rough. Floats around 0.38–0.45 bring visible paint thinning and scratches across the body — more than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred. The dense hazard striping keeps the design recognizable, so it still reads as Radiation Hazard in-game despite the added wear.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mainly if you're chasing the lowest price short of Battle-Scarred. Field-Tested looks meaningfully better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the warning-sign design cheaply and don't mind the extra scuffing.

What loadout fits the Radiation Hazard?

An industrial, high-contrast theme works best. Dark gloves let the yellow-and-black hazard striping do the talking, and yellow or safety-accented wraps play straight into the caution-tape motif. Pair it with other utilitarian or warning-styled skins for a cohesive, hard-hat-adjacent loadout.
