MAC-10 | Heat (Factory New)

MAC-10 | Heat (Factory New)

The MAC-10 | Heat (Factory New) is a Restricted submachine gun skin painted to look like it just came out of the forge, all glowing orange tones over dark metal. Factory New shows that fiery look at its most vivid, before any of the wear grades start dulling the effect.

Design

The finish mimics freshly forged metal, with warm orange and ember-like coloring worked across the body for a fiery, hand-crafted feel. It's a community design by the artist joop, who paired it with the fitting in-game line: "Make some outlines of your own."

MAC-10 | Heat (Factory New) Float and Wear

Heat runs across the full 0–1.00 float scale, and Factory New occupies the bottom of that range, giving you the fiery gradient at its brightest and sharpest with essentially no visible scuffing. It's the cleanest condition this forge-inspired look ever reaches.

MAC-10 | Heat Rarity

Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier — a genuinely uncommon grade to unbox, sitting above the common Mil-Spec skins.

MAC-10 | Heat Case and Collection

The Heat drops from the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case, part of The Phoenix Collection released with Operation Phoenix in February 2014. Restricted-grade skins pull at around 15.98% from the case (a rate shared across the tier), and with the case no longer active, most copies today come from the market rather than unboxing.

MAC-10 | Heat Patterns

The forge-inspired artwork is fixed on every copy — the paint seed doesn't change how it looks, so there's no rare pattern or "blue gem" version to search for. Float and wear grade are the only real differences between copies.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ MAC-10 | Heat exists, adding a permanent confirmed-kill counter that carries through trades and sales; it's a rarer, pricier pull from the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case than the standard version. There's no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages, and the Phoenix Collection has never been one.

MAC-10 | Heat Price

Factory New tops the Heat's five-grade price ladder, the sharpest and priciest condition available, and it's a premium pick within the MAC-10 lineup. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Factory New worth it over Minimal Wear for the Heat?

If you want the fiery orange gradient looking its sharpest, yes — Factory New sits right at the bottom of the full float range. Minimal Wear looks nearly as good for less, so it's a fair trade-off if you don't need the absolute cleanest copy.

How rare is the Heat compared to other Phoenix Case skins?

It's a Restricted-grade pull, which unboxes at roughly 15.98% as a tier from the Operation Phoenix Weapon Case — uncommon, though not as rare as the case's top Classified or Covert finishes.

Which gloves work with the Heat?

Its warm orange and ember tones call for gloves in a similar palette, and a solid MAC-10 Heat glove combo pairs it with driver or hydra gloves in orange, red, or charred-brown tones to keep the forged, fiery theme consistent across your loadout.
