MP5-SD | Condition Zero (Battle-Scarred)

MP5-SD | Condition Zero (Battle-Scarred)

The MP5-SD | Condition Zero (Battle-Scarred) is this Mil-Spec SMG's Counter-Strike: Condition Zero tribute at its most heavily used, and the cheapest way to own it. The blue and yellow colors still cut through the damage.

Design

Designers Andy and tanapta built this blue and yellow paint job specifically as a tribute to Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and it comes with the line "RPG from three o'clock! Evade!" as a callback to that game.

MP5-SD | Condition Zero (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

This finish's float runs the full 0 to 1 range, and Battle-Scarred sits at the top of it, showing heavy scratching and paint loss across the body. Unlike float-capped finishes, this one can reach the most extreme end of wear, so expect the roughest-looking copies available at this grade.

MP5-SD | Condition Zero Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the common entry tier for weapon finishes, though this design's nostalgic pull has kept demand and pricing well above the typical Mil-Spec level.

MP5-SD | Condition Zero Case and Collection

This finish is part of The Operation Broken Fang Collection, sourced from the Operation Broken Fang Case launched in December 2020. Mil-Spec finishes make up roughly 79.92% of that case's drops, and since the case is still active, Battle-Scarred copies keep entering the market through both fresh unboxes and resales.

MP5-SD | Condition Zero Patterns

Every copy carries the same fixed blue and yellow paint job — there's no paint seed or rare pattern variant to look for on this finish. Only wear changes the appearance from copy to copy.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak Condition Zero is available at this grade as well, pulled from the Operation Broken Fang Case and adding a permanent confirmed-kill counter. No Souvenir version has ever existed for this finish, since those only come from Major-tournament packages that Condition Zero has never been part of.

MP5-SD | Condition Zero Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade on the ladder, the entry point for anyone who wants this tribute design without the cost of the cleaner wears. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Condition Zero still recognizable in-game?

Yes, mostly. The blue and yellow colors keep enough contrast against the damaged base to read clearly as Condition Zero, even with heavy scuffing across the body. It's the trade-off for the lowest price point on this finish.

Why does Battle-Scarred look rougher here than on some other MP5-SD skins?

This finish's float runs the full 0 to 1 range with no cap, so its Battle-Scarred copies can reach the game's most extreme wear level, unlike finishes with a lower float ceiling that stay milder at this same grade.

Should I buy Battle-Scarred or step up to Well-Worn?

If budget is the only concern, Battle-Scarred wins outright. Well-Worn looks noticeably cleaner for a modest price increase, so it's worth the extra cost if you want the tribute design to read a bit sharper.
