The MP7 | Neon Ply (Factory New) is a Restricted SMG skin laminated and filled with a full spectrum of neon colors. Factory New is the top grade for it, so the whole rainbow effect looks its most vivid.

Design

The weapon is laminated and packed with practically every neon color imaginable, a vibrant, futuristic look that leans hard into saturation. Community designer PTP created it, and Valve's cheeky flavor line rounds it out: "Roy G. Biv? Never heard of 'em."

Neon Ply spans the full 0.00–1.00 float range, and Factory New sits right at the bottom of it. At this grade every neon band stays fully saturated with no scuffing anywhere on the surface, giving the rainbow lamination its full punch. It's the sharpest this finish ever looks.
