Nova | Forest Leaves (Battle-Scarred)

Nova | Forest Leaves (Battle-Scarred)

The Nova | Forest Leaves (Battle-Scarred) is a Consumer Grade shotgun finish with a green leaf-stencil camo, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the camo look, trading surface condition for the lowest entry price.

Design

Forest Leaves keeps the Nova natural: a green camouflage sprayed over leaves used as stencils, scattering soft leaf silhouettes across the body. Valve made the finish, and its physical-stencil method gives it an organic character that digital camo patterns don't share.

Nova | Forest Leaves (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

Battle-Scarred sits at the top of the finish's 0.06–0.80 float range, where wear shows openly — heavy scuffing and paint loss cover the body, dulling the green throughout. Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80 rather than the full 1.0, though, its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme end of the scale, so the leaf pattern stays legible even at its roughest.

Nova | Forest Leaves Rarity

Rarity: Consumer Grade — the white tier, the lowest of the standard weapon grades and the most common class to find. That commonness is what keeps this finish cheap across every grade.

Nova | Forest Leaves Case and Collection

The finish is part of The Aztec Collection, a launch-era set introduced with the Arms Deal update in August 2013. It's not tied to any weapon case; collection skins of this age enter circulation through drops and trade-ups, so the market is where copies change hands.

Nova | Forest Leaves Patterns

This finish has no random pattern roll — the leaf stencils and green field are placed identically on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. The wear grade and the float value are the only things that tell copies apart.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak edition of this finish — a kill-counter version was never produced. A Souvenir variant doesn't exist either, since Souvenir weapons are handed out only in Major-tournament packages and The Aztec Collection was never one. Every copy in circulation is the standard finish.

Nova | Forest Leaves Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the finish — the entry-level way to run the leaf camo for players who care about the look over the condition. With the skin already budget-priced, this is the lowest the cost goes. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred Forest Leaves still recognizable?

Yes. Even with the heavy scuffing, the green base and leaf silhouettes keep the camo readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred trades visible wear for the lowest price rather than erasing the look — the pattern still reads clearly on the Nova.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Forest Leaves look completely trashed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80 instead of the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies stop short of the most extreme wear. The busy leaf pattern also breaks up the damage visually, so the camo stays more legible here than many plainer skins do at the same grade.

Is the Battle-Scarred Forest Leaves the cheapest option?

Yes. Battle-Scarred is the lowest grade on the ladder and the least costly way to own the finish. Since Forest Leaves already sits at Consumer Grade with no StatTrak or Souvenir version, this grade is about as cheap as a Nova skin can get.
