P250 | Cartel (Battle-Scarred)
The P250 | Cartel (Battle-Scarred, BS) is the roughest, most affordable grade of this engraved Classified pistol skin. It's the entry point for players who want the skeleton-and-serpent artwork without grail-tier pricing.
Design
Skeletons, flowers, and serpents are engraved across the whole P250 in Anders's ornate, Day-of-the-Dead-styled design, favoring dense detail over a plain finish. The line "One little squeeze turns every morning into the Day of the Dead" fits the mood.
P250 | Cartel (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
Float on the Cartel tops out at 0.75 rather than a full 1.00, and Battle-Scarred sits at that upper edge. Expect heavy scuffing and noticeable paint loss across the weapon at this grade, though the cap means it never reaches the most extreme, near-bare-metal wear some other skins can hit.
P250 | Cartel Rarity
This is a Classified skin, the pink tier that sits just below Covert as one of the genuinely uncommon standard weapon grades.
P250 | Cartel Case and Collection
The Cartel comes from The Vanguard Collection and the Operation Vanguard Weapon Case, released with Operation Vanguard in November 2014. As a tier, Classified skins land around 3.2% from that case, a rate shared across the whole tier rather than specific to this finish.
P250 | Cartel Patterns
The engraved layout is fixed on every copy, so paint seed doesn't change the look at all — there's no rare pattern or blue-gem variant of the Cartel to chase. Condition and float are what actually differ between copies.
StatTrak & Souvenir
Alongside this regular finish, a StatTrak Cartel is available from the same Operation Vanguard Weapon Case, adding a permanent kill counter at a premium price. There's no Souvenir version, since Souvenir weapons only ever come from Major-tournament packages.
