Field-Tested is the classic middle grade for the P250 | Muertos (Field-Tested), a Classified pistol skin built around custom-painted circular motifs. It's the sweet spot between visible wear and an easier price tag.
Design
The custom circular motifs painted across this P250 give it a festive, eye-catching look, a world away from a standard camo or solid finish. Marioso, a community designer, is behind the artwork, and the in-game flavor text — "This one is steeped in tradition and blood" — gives the colorful design a bit of extra edge.
P250 | Muertos (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
Landing in the middle of the skin's 0.00–0.60 float range, Field-Tested picks up light scuffing without losing the circular motifs' overall clarity. The busy, colorful pattern does a decent job of masking general wear at this level. Keep in mind that 0.60 is this finish's actual ceiling rather than 1.0, so even mid-range wear here isn't as extreme as it might sound on paper.
P250 | Muertos Rarity
Rarity-wise, this is a Classified skin, the pink tier just one step below Covert and an uncommon pull from any case carrying it.
P250 | Muertos Case and Collection
This finish is part of The Chroma Collection from January 2015 and comes from the Chroma Case. Classified-tier drops pull at about 3.2% from that case, shared with other skins at the same rarity, and with the case no longer active, buying on the market is the standard route now.

There's no random pattern variation on the Muertos — the circular motifs sit the same way on every copy no matter the paint seed. No blue-gem chase applies here; only float and wear level differ between copies.

Does Field-Tested hide wear well on the Muertos?
Reasonably well — the busy circular motifs and varied colors do a decent job of camouflaging light scuffing, so the pattern still reads clearly at typical viewing distances. It's a good middle ground for anyone who wants the design without paying top price for it.
