PP-Bizon | Anolis (Field-Tested)
Field-Tested (FT) is the classic, most commonly seen grade of the PP-Bizon | Anolis, a Consumer Grade SMG finish built around a green-and-black hydrographic lizard scale pattern. It balances a still-solid look with the lowest price on the ladder short of the very roughest condition.
Design
Valve's design here wraps the whole weapon in a green-and-black scale hydrographic, going for texture over graphics. The reptile theme is unmistakable, and it's tied together with the flavor text "Painted to scale."
PP-Bizon | Anolis (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
With float spanning 0.00 to 0.50, Field-Tested sits mid-pack. Light scuffing shows up here and there, mostly on raised edges, but the scale artwork stays legible and the green-black contrast doesn't fade much. It's the grade most people picture when they think of this skin.
PP-Bizon | Anolis Rarity
Rarity-wise, the Anolis sits at Consumer Grade, the lowest and most common rank in the game's tier system, which keeps supply plentiful.
PP-Bizon | Anolis Case and Collection
It's a member of The 2021 Mirage Collection, launched with Operation Riptide in September 2021. There's no matching weapon case — it comes out of that collection's drop pool directly, without a dedicated box to open.
PP-Bizon | Anolis Patterns
No paint seed changes the look of the Anolis; the lizard scale artwork is baked in identically across every copy. So there's no best-pattern search to run — condition and float are what actually vary.
StatTrak & Souvenir
StatTrak has never been offered for this finish. A Souvenir edition exists, debuting in the Stockholm 2021 Mirage Souvenir Package and continuing through several later Major souvenir packages, but that line runs separately from the standard finish reviewed here.
PP-Bizon | Anolis Price
Field-Tested is the value pick of the range, cheaper than Minimal Wear (MW) and Factory New (FN) while still showing the scale pattern clearly. For an already affordable mid-tier finish, this is about as cheap as it gets before condition starts to matter. Grab one on Skin.Land with instant delivery.
FAQ
Is Field-Tested a good choice for the Anolis?
Yes, it's the sweet spot for most buyers. The scale pattern still shows clearly at this grade, light wear is limited to the edges, and it costs less than Minimal Wear or Factory New — a sensible pick if you're not chasing the absolute cleanest copy.
When did the PP-Bizon | Anolis release?
It launched with The 2021 Mirage Collection alongside Operation Riptide in September 2021. It has no dedicated weapon case, so it comes from that collection's general drop pool rather than a single box.
Is the Anolis a rare skin?
No, it's Consumer Grade, the most common rarity tier in Counter-Strike 2. That keeps the price approachable, and the Souvenir version — first seen in a 2021 Major package — is what most collectors chase instead.
