StatTrak™ UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth (Factory New)
What the StatTrak™ counter does
The StatTrak™ UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth (Factory New, FN) is the StatTrak™ copy of this skin — the same Restricted finish, the same look, with a kill counter built into the model. The finish layers a gold bismuth pattern between a white base coat and a black base coat, giving the gun a metallic, almost jewelry-box look rather than a busy graphic. Factory New is the cleanest grade this skin comes in and the one buyers pay the most for, covering the 0.00–0.07 band of the float scale.
What StatTrak™ changes about the price of the UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth
What the counter tracks is confirmed kills, shown as a running total on the model itself. It is tied to the item, not to the owner, so the number follows the skin from inventory to inventory and only ever goes up. A StatTrak™ Swap Tool moves a count between two StatTrak™ items of the same type, which is as close to a reset as the game allows.
Where a StatTrak™ copy comes from
The StatTrak™ premium comes from scarcity: far fewer copies exist at the same finish and exterior. It is the finish and the float that set the figure, though — the kill count on a given copy barely moves it either way.
FAQ
This finish belongs to The Operation Broken Fang Collection and comes out of the Operation Broken Fang Case, which arrived with the Operation Broken Fang update in December 2020. StatTrak™ is settled at the drop: a copy either leaves the case with a counter or never has one, and it cannot be added afterwards.
Can the StatTrak counter on the UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth be reset?
No. The count only moves one way and stays with the item through every trade and sale. A StatTrak™ Swap Tool moves a count between two StatTrak™ items of the same type, which is as close to a reset as the game allows. It still cannot lower the number.
Does StatTrak change how the UMP-45 | Gold Bismuth looks?
No, apart from the counter on the model. The finish, the pattern and the float range are identical to the plain version, so at the same exterior the two look the same in hand.
