USP-S | Alpine Camo (Minimal Wear)
The USP-S | Alpine Camo (Minimal Wear) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin carrying a blue and purple camouflage over a blue-tinted "Gunsmith" base. Minimal Wear keeps the pattern looking almost untouched while trimming the price under Factory New.
Design
This is a Valve design: a blue and purple camouflage laid over a blue-tinted "Gunsmith" style finish, a cool-toned tactical look that stands apart from the usual warm camos. The skin ships with a fitting in-game line: "Pulled out of cold storage."
USP-S | Alpine Camo (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Across its full float range of 0.00–0.68, Minimal Wear sits one step above Factory New. At this level any wear is faint and easy to miss, so the camouflage stays sharp and the blue and purple tones keep most of their depth. It's the value pick for players who want a near-mint look without paying for the top grade.
USP-S | Alpine Camo Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade. That's the blue tier — the most common grade among standard weapon skins, and the reason the finish is so widely available.
USP-S | Alpine Camo Case and Collection
This finish is part of The Sport & Field Collection, which arrived with The Armory update in October 2024. The Mil-Spec tier is the collection's most frequent result at around 79.92% (a figure shared among the tier's skins), which keeps supply high and prices low.
USP-S | Alpine Camo Patterns
The camouflage lands identically on every copy, so this finish has no random pattern roll — no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. The only things that set copies apart are wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There's no StatTrak edition of this skin, so a kill-counter variant simply doesn't exist here. A Souvenir version was never made either, since Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and The Sport & Field Collection has never featured as a Major drop.
USP-S | Alpine Camo Price
Minimal Wear slots just below Factory New on the finish's ladder while looking nearly identical, and since the whole skin is budget-priced for a USP-S, it's one of the cheapest ways to run a near-mint slide. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Minimal Wear Alpine Camo look worn?
Barely. At this grade any surface wear is light enough that most players won't spot it in-game, so the camouflage reads as good as new. The blue and purple tones stay deep, making it hard to tell apart from a Factory New copy at normal viewing distance.
Is Minimal Wear the best value grade?
For many buyers, yes. It looks close to Factory New but costs a touch less, and the whole finish is inexpensive to begin with. Field-Tested is cheaper still if you don't mind a bit of visible wear, so the choice comes down to how mint you want the slide.
Why is there no Souvenir Alpine Camo?
Souvenir weapons are handed out only through Major-tournament souvenir packages, dropped to viewers during those events. This finish comes from The Sport & Field Collection, which has never been tied to a Major, so no Souvenir edition was ever produced.
