USP-S | Cyrex (Well-Worn)

USP-S | Cyrex (Well-Worn)

The USP-S | Cyrex (Well-Worn) is a Restricted-grade pistol skin with a black body, red and white geometry, and a CT icon on the slide, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into a popular tech-styled USP finish, with wear the dark base partly disguises.

Design

The finish is built on engineered contrast: a black frame carrying sharp red and white stripes and geometric blocks, white accents on the trigger guard, grip base, and lower slide, and a CT gunner icon with technical markings on the slide. Designed by the community artist Nextgenz, it comes with an in-game line: "Imogen was the past Felix, I'm the future - Huxley, The Competition".

USP-S | Cyrex (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Well-Worn sits near the top of the finish's 0.00–0.55 float range. At this level the skin shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the slide, barrel, and edges, where the black thins out. The red-and-white geometry still carries the look, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade. For players who care more about price than a flawless surface, it delivers the recognizable design for less.

USP-S | Cyrex Rarity

Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier — ranked above Mil-Spec and below Classified among the standard weapon grades. Pulling one from a case is a fairly ordinary mid-grade result.

USP-S | Cyrex Case and Collection

Part of The Glove Collection, Cyrex drops from the Glove Case that arrived with the Brothers In Arms update back in November 2016. The Restricted tier as a group unboxes around 15.98% of the time (that odds figure is shared across the tier), and since the Glove Case is still active, copies come from both the case and the market.

USP-S | Cyrex Patterns

Cyrex carries no random pattern roll: the geometry and CT slide icon are placed the same on each copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. Copies differ only by wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

You can also find a StatTrak™ USP-S | Cyrex, which tacks on a confirmed-kill counter; it's rarer and pricier than the standard drop, and the counter is permanent, following the item through every trade or sale. There's no Souvenir variant — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages, and the Glove Case has never featured as a Major drop.

USP-S | Cyrex Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget way into the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade rate. It's one of the cheaper routes to a genuine Cyrex in your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn Cyrex look?

Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and paint thinning on the slide, barrel, and edges — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering at Battle-Scarred. The black base and red-and-white geometry keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as a Cyrex in a match.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mainly if price is your priority. Field-Tested looks a good deal tidier for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the Cyrex design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.

Which gloves go with the Cyrex?

Its black-red-white palette suits a high-contrast loadout, so red or black gloves work best — a red pair picks up the accent stripes, while black or white-trimmed wraps echo the frame. It fits right into a red-and-black CT loadout beside other tactical skins.
