USP-S | Kill Confirmed (Well-Worn)

USP-S | Kill Confirmed (Well-Worn)

The USP-S | Kill Confirmed (Well-Worn) is a Covert pistol skin with a bold red body and a custom image of a bullet shattering a skull, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into one of the game's standout pistol finishes, with wear the bold design still shrugs off.

Design

The finish keeps things direct: a single striking image — a bullet shattering a skull — over a vivid red slide, built on visual punch instead of fine detail. It started as a community design from the artist Nick, and it carries a blunt in-game line: "2 in the chest, 1 in the head."

USP-S | Kill Confirmed (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

With float running the full 0.00–1.00 range, Well-Worn sits high on that scale. The slide shows clear scratching and paint fading across the body and edges, and the red loses some of its depth — but the skull image holds up as the anchor that keeps the skin readable. For players chasing the design over a spotless surface, this grade delivers it for less.

USP-S | Kill Confirmed Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red grade, the top standard tier a weapon skin can hold. It's a rare unbox, and it's what places this pistol among the headline USP-S finishes.

USP-S | Kill Confirmed Case and Collection

This finish is part of The Shadow Collection and drops from the Shadow Case, which launched alongside the September 2015 update. The Covert tier as a group unboxes about 0.64% of the time (that odds figure is shared across the tier), so a direct pull is unlikely — most copies are bought on the market rather than unboxed.

USP-S | Kill Confirmed Patterns

There's no random pattern roll on this finish: the red base and the shattering-skull image appear the same on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth chasing. Copies differ only by wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ Kill Confirmed does exist, its confirmed-kill counter a natural fit for the name; it's a scarcer, costlier Shadow Case drop than the standard skin, and that counter is permanent — it carries over whenever the item is traded or sold. A Souvenir version was never produced, since Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and the Shadow Case has never been one.

USP-S | Kill Confirmed Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget path to a Covert pistol for players who won't pay the cleaner-grade premium. Even here it stays a sought-after finish, just at a friendlier entry point. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn look?

Noticeably. Expect visible scratching and some fading across the slide, more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering of Battle-Scarred. The vivid red and the skull image keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as Kill Confirmed in-game despite the extra wear.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Only if price is your top concern. Field-Tested looks a fair bit sharper for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want a genuine Covert Kill Confirmed as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.

Which gloves go with Kill Confirmed?

Its red-and-black palette suits an aggressive, high-contrast loadout, so red or dark gloves work best — a red pair echoes the base, while black or gunmetal wraps let the skull artwork carry the look. It fits a red-themed rifle-and-knife setup too.
