USP-S | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear)
The USP-S | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear) is a Covert pistol skin featuring a blue-magenta woman over a grayscale background in moody purple and pink tones. Minimal Wear keeps the illustration crisp while trimming the cost of the top grade.
Design
This is a cinematic, noir-flavored finish from community designer donschi: a blue-magenta figure laid over a grayscale backdrop, with the purple and pink hues setting the mood. The whole thing plays like a comic panel rather than a typical weapon graphic, right down to its evocative in-game line: "Drenched in a neon glow, she lies at the foot of an oppressive skyscraper."
USP-S | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Across the finish, float ranges 0.00–0.70, and Minimal Wear falls just above Factory New. At this level the neon colors stay rich and the grayscale ground shows only the faintest edge wear — close enough to the top grade that most eyes won't clock the difference. It's the value-minded way to own the design looking almost flawless.
USP-S | Neo-Noir Rarity
Rarity: Covert. That's the red tier, the top standard grade a weapon skin can reach before you're into knives and gloves — a genuinely rare unbox.
USP-S | Neo-Noir Case and Collection
Part of The Spectrum Collection, Neo-Noir is unboxed from the Spectrum Case, released in March 2017 with the "Take a trip to the Canals" update. Being a Covert puts it in the case's rarest tier at about 0.64% odds; supply is fixed now, so the market is where most copies come from rather than fresh unboxings.
USP-S | Neo-Noir Patterns
There's no random pattern roll on this skin — the neon figure and grayscale scene sit the same way on every copy, meaning no paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt down. What sets one apart from the next is purely wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ variant, also from the Spectrum Case, which tracks confirmed kills; it drops more rarely and costs more than the plain skin, and its counter is permanent, staying with the item through trades and sales. No Souvenir version was ever made — Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and this skin never featured in one.
USP-S | Neo-Noir Price
Minimal Wear sits one rung below Factory New on the price ladder — a bit cheaper while keeping nearly the same look, which makes it a favorite value entry into a premium USP-S. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Minimal Wear worth it over Factory New?
For most buyers, yes. Minimal Wear costs less than Factory New but the artwork looks almost identical, with only trace edge wear you'd need to look for. Pay up for Factory New if you want the absolute top condition; otherwise this grade is the smarter buy for the same neon-noir look.
Does the Minimal Wear copy show any damage?
Very little. Expect only faint wear at the edges, nothing that touches the central illustration or dulls the purple-and-pink glow. The design reads essentially intact at a glance in-game, which is a big part of why this grade is such a popular pick.
Is the USP-S | Neo-Noir a good pistol to run?
It's a standout. The USP-S is a staple CT sidearm, and this finish gives it one of the more striking looks in the game without touching how it plays. Skins never affect performance, so it's purely a cosmetic upgrade to your loadout.
