USP-S | Torque (Field-Tested)
The USP-S | Torque (Field-Tested) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin with a modern black, white and yellow finish on the silenced USP. Field-Tested is the most common, best-value way to own it — a touch of honest wear on a bold design, for well under the cleaner grades.
Design
The look is all bold color: a modern black, white and yellow scheme laid across the USP-S in sharp blocks rather than fussy graphics. It's a community design from the artist RaekenTheRock, and it comes with a line of in-game story: "They're manipulating you Kotaro. And if you can't see that, you're in more trouble than you know... - Felix Riley, Commanding Officer."
USP-S | Torque (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
Within the finish's 0.00–0.46 float range, Field-Tested sits in the middle. Here the surface picks up light scratching along the slide and edges, and the white sections show wear a little sooner than the darker areas, but the yellow highlight and overall shape stay clearly legible. This is the grade most buyers land on — the sweet spot between looks and price.
USP-S | Torque Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade — the blue tier, sitting at the base of the standard weapon grades. It's the most frequently pulled of those tiers, which keeps the Torque cheap and easy to find.
USP-S | Torque Case and Collection
The Torque sits in The Falchion Collection and is unboxed from the Falchion Case, released together with Operation Bloodhound in May 2015. As a group the Mil-Spec tier drops around 79.92% of the time from the case (the odds figure is shared across the tier's skins), so pulling this finish is among the more likely outcomes of an opening.
USP-S | Torque Patterns
Because the black, white and yellow graphics sit the same way on every Torque, the finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ only by wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
You can also find a StatTrak™ USP-S | Torque, which tacks on a confirmed-kill counter; it drops from the Falchion Case as a scarcer, more expensive variant, and the counter is permanent, following the item through every trade or sale. There's no Souvenir variant — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Falchion Case has never featured as a Major drop.
USP-S | Torque Price
Field-Tested is the value sweet spot of the range — cheaper than the near-clean grades while keeping the design plainly recognizable, which is why it's the most-traded exterior of the finish. On a skin that's already budget-tier for a USP, it's about as easy on the wallet as it gets. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Torque look worn?
A little. At Field-Tested you'll see light scratching on the slide and edges, and the white areas pick up wear a touch faster than the black ones, but nothing that breaks the design. From a normal viewing distance in-game the black, white and yellow blocks still read clearly, with the yellow highlight intact.
Is Field-Tested the best value Torque?
For most buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than Factory New or Minimal Wear while keeping the design fully recognizable, and it's the most common exterior on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest possible entry price and don't mind heavier scuffing.
Is Torque a good value pick among Mil-Spec USP-S skins?
Yes — the finish already sits at a budget price point within the USP-S lineup, and the Mil-Spec tier's high drop rate keeps supply plentiful. Field-Tested is one of the most affordable ways to get the bold black, white and yellow design while it still reads clearly in-game.
