USP-S | Purple DDPAT (Well-Worn)
The USP-S | Purple DDPAT (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin in a purple digital-camo hydrographic, here in a more weathered state. It's a cheaper route into the finish, with wear the busy pixel pattern still partly disguises.
Design
At its core this is a purple Digital Disruptive Pattern (DDPAT) hydrographic on the silenced USP frame — a blocky pixel-camo that trades busy graphics for a mix of bold color and tactical purpose. It's a Valve design, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late."
USP-S | Purple DDPAT (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
On the 0.00–0.55 float scale, Well-Worn sits toward the upper end, just below Battle-Scarred. The finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the slide and edges, where the camo thins out — though the pattern's pixel blocks keep it recognizable. For players who care more about price than a flawless surface, the design delivers its purple look here for less.
USP-S | Purple DDPAT Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier — the entry level of the standard weapon grades and the most common grade to pull. That's what keeps the Purple DDPAT so affordable.
USP-S | Purple DDPAT Case and Collection
The Purple DDPAT sits in The 2021 Mirage Collection, released together with Operation Riptide back in September 2021. As a group the Mil-Spec tier unboxes about 79.92% of the time from its souvenir source (an odds figure shared across the tier), so copies are far from scarce.
USP-S | Purple DDPAT Patterns
Because the pixel-camo hydrographic is placed the same way on every copy, this finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak variant simply doesn't exist for this skin — StatTrak is minted only for weapon-case finishes, and the Purple DDPAT has always been a souvenir-package drop instead of a case one. The Souvenir version, on the other hand, is genuine: it first showed up in the Stockholm 2021 Mirage Souvenir Package, comes from Major-tournament packages, and can wear stickers from the event.
USP-S | Purple DDPAT Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the price ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget route to the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. It keeps this USP-S firmly in affordable mid-tier reach. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Purple DDPAT look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratching and paint thinning on the slide and around the edges — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering at Battle-Scarred. The pixel-camo pattern and its purple tone keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as a Purple DDPAT in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Only if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a good deal better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.
Which gloves go with the Purple DDPAT?
Its purple palette suits a cool-toned loadout, so purple or dark violet gloves pair best — a violet wrap ties into the camo, while black or gray gloves let the color anchor the look. It fits neatly in a purple-themed pistol setup.
