The XM1014 | VariCamo Blue (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec shotgun skin — a blue camo hydrographic shown in a more weathered state. It's a cheaper way into the finish, with wear the busy camo pattern partly absorbs.

Design

At its core the finish is a VariCamo-patterned hydrographic in cool blue tones wrapped around the shell — a plain tactical camo with no graphic or decal on top. Valve designed it, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "Rebuilding only comes in the wake of destruction."

Well-Worn sits high within the finish's 0.00–0.50 float band. Scuffing and paint loss grow clearly visible across the shell and edges, and the blue reads a little duller than at fresher grades. The camo pattern still holds the look together, but this grade is plainly about price over polish.

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue grade. It's the base class of the colored weapon tiers and a common one, which keeps even worn copies inexpensive.

How rough does the Well-Worn shotgun look?

Fairly weathered. Expect visible paint loss and scuffing over the shell and edges, with the blue base reading duller than at higher grades. It's more worn than Field-Tested but stops short of Battle-Scarred's heaviest damage, and the camo pattern keeps the finish recognizable throughout.

Is Well-Worn worth it over Field-Tested?

Only if the lowest price is your aim. Field-Tested looks a fair bit fresher for a small step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn earns its place when you want the blue camo as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way down to Battle-Scarred.

Is there a StatTrak version of this finish?

No. StatTrak weapons are minted only inside weapon cases, and VariCamo Blue was never part of one — it's a collection finish. So no StatTrak edition exists. Beyond the regular version, what you can find is a Souvenir copy from Overpass souvenir packages handed out at Majors.
