★ Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 (Minimal Wear)
The ★ Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 (Minimal Wear) carries the same mostly blue marbled swirl over black as its Factory New counterpart, just at the next float step down. Because Doppler never wears past a near-mint look, Minimal Wear is a way to own the exact same finish for less than the very cleanest copies.
Design
The Phase 4 look is a heat-treated marble gradient dominated by blue tones over a black base, one of Doppler's fixed phase patterns. Every copy of Phase 4 shows the identical swirl, and the blade carries an ominous flavor line: "Getting lost in its color can prove fatal."
★ Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Doppler's whole range is squeezed between 0.00 and 0.08, so Minimal Wear here covers roughly 0.07–0.08 — the upper sliver of an already tiny window. In practice the blue marbling and gloss barely differ from Factory New; this phase simply never gets the chance to look worn.
Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 Rarity
It's still a Covert ★ rare special, the gold-tier pull that sits above the standard weapon rarity grades entirely. Any knife finish is a rare drop from its case, Doppler included.
Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 Case and Collection
This phase drops from the Fever Case, same as the Factory New copies. The rare-special tier as a whole is pulled at about 0.26% from the case — a rate that applies across the tier's knife finishes, not something specific to Doppler.
Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 Doppler Phases
Every Doppler copy locks into one of several phases at generation, and this one is Phase 4. The three gem phases — Ruby, Sapphire, and Black Pearl — outclass every numbered phase in rarity and cost, while among Phase 1 through 4 the more saturated colors (pink Phase 2, blue Phase 4) tend to be the ones buyers chase. Wear never changes which phase a copy has; that's set for good the moment it's created.
StatTrak & Souvenir
This finish also comes in a StatTrak™ version with a permanent kill counter that stays attached through trades and sales. Souvenir versions don't exist for any knife, this one included, since Souvenir drops are reserved for Major-tournament packages that knives are never part of.
Nomad Knife | Doppler Phase 4 Price
Minimal Wear lands just under Factory New on this phase's price ladder, a small discount for a float difference that's nearly invisible to the eye. It's still priced in the high-end bracket alongside the Nomad's rarer finishes rather than anywhere near its budget end. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does Minimal Wear look worse than Factory New on this Doppler phase?
Barely at all. Doppler's entire float range sits between 0.00 and 0.08, so the visual gap between the two grades is minimal — the blue marbling and glossy finish look nearly identical side by side. Most of the price difference comes down to grade prestige rather than a real appearance change.
Why doesn't a Battle-Scarred version of this phase exist?
Doppler is float-capped at 0.08 across every phase, so the item can never roll a float high enough to qualify for Field-Tested, Well-Worn, or Battle-Scarred. Factory New and Minimal Wear are the only two grades that will ever exist for Phase 4 or any other Doppler phase.
Is Phase 4 a good pick compared to the other numbered phases?
It's one of the more popular numbered picks thanks to its saturated blue coloring, ranking alongside Phase 2's pink as a fan favorite among Phase 1 through 4. It still sits below the three gem phases — Ruby, Sapphire, and Black Pearl — in both scarcity and price.
