AK-47 | First Class (Battle-Scarred)

AK-47 | First Class (Battle-Scarred)

The AK-47 | First Class (Battle-Scarred) is a Restricted-grade rifle skin with green leather wrapping, a brown grip, and a bare metal receiver, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the green-and-brown travel design, trading pristine looks for the lowest entry price.

Design

A minimalist travel concept drives the First Class design, leaning on luxury-cabin cues. Green leather — carrying a small military-style emblem — wraps both the handguard and the buttstock, joined by a brown grip and an untouched, unpainted metal receiver in a green-and-brown palette. The finish is Valve-made and comes with a wry in-game line: "Mimosa not included."

AK-47 | First Class (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

At Battle-Scarred the finish wears its damage openly — the leather is scuffed and cracked-looking, the emblem is heavily faded, and the receiver carries scratches across most of its surface. What saves it is the muted palette: the green-and-brown tones absorb the wear better than a bright skin would, so the design stays legible even at its roughest. This is the grade for players who want the look for as little as possible.

AK-47 | First Class Rarity

Rarity: Restricted (the purple tier). Among the standard weapon grades it holds a middle spot, ranking over Mil-Spec blue and under Classified pink — comfortably above the common finishes without being a top-tier pull.

AK-47 | First Class Case and Collection

Introduced in July 2014 with Operation Breakout, The Baggage Collection is home to the AK-47 | First Class. These skins were distributed through in-game drops instead of a weapon case, and with the collection out of rotation for a long time, supply is basically frozen — the vast majority of copies move through the market rather than arriving as new drops.

AK-47 | First Class Patterns

No random pattern variation exists on the AK-47 | First Class; the leather wrapping, the emblem, and the bare receiver are placed the same way across all copies, so hunting a paint seed or blue-gem is pointless. Only wear and float distinguish one First Class from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak AK-47 | First Class doesn't exist — StatTrak is only applied to skins unboxed from weapon cases, whereas First Class is distributed through a collection, leaving no counter variant. Nor is there a Souvenir version, since Souvenir weapons originate only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and The Baggage Collection has never appeared as a Major drop.

AK-47 | First Class Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run the First Class design for players who care more about the look than the condition. If you want the green-and-brown AK for as little as possible, this is the way in, and it keeps the whole finish within the AK-47's mid-priced range. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Battle-Scarred still recognizable?

Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing and a faded emblem, the green leather and brown-and-metal scheme keep the design readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the look entirely — the muted palette hides damage better than a brighter skin would.

Why doesn't Battle-Scarred look as trashed as some other skins?

Because its base is a muted green-and-brown rather than a bright, high-contrast finish, the heavy wear blends in instead of standing out. Scratches on the leather and receiver read as natural aging, so a Battle-Scarred First Class stays more legible than many lighter-colored skins do at the same float.

Which gloves go with the AK-47 | First Class?

Its green-and-brown palette suits an earthy, muted loadout, so olive, tan, or brown gloves pull the colors together nicely. Green leather-look wraps echo the stock, while a tan or khaki pair picks up the grip — either keeps the understated, natural vibe intact instead of fighting it.
