The AK-47 | The Outsiders (Well-Worn) is a Classified rifle skin with a crude, street-art character illustration in bright colors over a dark body, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper way into the design, with scuffing that the busy artwork still partly disguises.

Design

The look is pure street art: a rough, graffiti-style character illustration in loud colors laid over the rifle's dark body, as if hand-sprayed on. It came from the community by way of artist m03h, and it carries the tongue-in-cheek line "The Ts on the bus win rounds and rounds, rounds and rounds, rounds and rounds."

AK-47 | The Outsiders (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

At Well-Worn the finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the magazine, receiver, and edges, and some of the finer linework starts to break up. The bright colors keep the character illustration recognizable, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade. For players who care about price over pristine looks, it delivers the same design for less.

AK-47 | The Outsiders Rarity

Rarity: Classified, the pink tier. Among the standard weapon grades it's second from the top, just below Covert, which makes it an uncommon drop from a case.

AK-47 | The Outsiders Case and Collection

You'll find The Outsiders in The Gallery Collection, dropping from the Gallery Case that arrived with the Armory update on October 2, 2024. Across the board the Classified tier hits around 3.2% of the time from the case, so the market is stocked by players who chased those narrow odds rather than by made-to-order supply.

Because the artwork is applied the same on every unit, The Outsiders has no random pattern variation — no paint seed, no "blue gem" to seek out. What separates copies is purely wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

StatTrak™ does exist for this skin, adding a confirmed-kill counter; it drops more rarely and costs more than the standard version, and the counter is permanent, following the item whenever it's traded or sold. A Souvenir edition, though, was never released — Souvenir weapons only appear in Major-tournament packages, and The Outsiders has only ever been a case drop rather than part of a Major souvenir set.

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the price ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget route to the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. How worn does the Well-Worn Outsiders actually look?

Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and paint thinning on the magazine and around the edges, with some of the finer artwork detail starting to break up — more than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred's heavy battering. The bright colors keep the character illustration readable, so it still reads clearly as The Outsiders in-game.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Only if price is your priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit cleaner for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the artwork as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred and its heavier wear.
