The AK-47 | The Oligarch (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert rifle skin custom-painted to look like a luxury white-and-black puffer jacket with gold accents, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into a premium designer AK, and it trades a pristine finish for the lowest entry price on the Oligarch ladder.
Design
A community design by the artist Strenson — who also built the AWP | Chrome Cannon and M4A4 | Spider Lily — the Oligarch is custom-painted after a luxury white-and-black puffer jacket with gold accents, a high-fashion take on the AK that ditches military grit for designer flash. Its in-game line fits: "Seek power, gain power, hold power."
AK-47 | The Oligarch (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
At Battle-Scarred the Oligarch wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the white panels and body, and the pale base makes every mark plain to see. The gold accents survive as the detail that keeps the skin identifiable. This is the roughest grade the Oligarch comes in, and it's the trade-off you accept for the lowest price.
AK-47 | The Oligarch Rarity
This skin carries Covert rarity, the red tier and the highest of the standard weapon grades. Since Covert is the rarest standard-grade result any source can yield, it's much of why these finishes command their prices.
AK-47 | The Oligarch Case and Collection
Belonging to The Genesis Collection, the Oligarch is obtained from the Sealed Genesis Terminal. The Covert tier as a whole appears roughly 0.64% of the time, the rarest weapon result that source produces, so supply is limited and most examples are traded on the market instead of unboxed.

The Oligarch's design stays fixed at every pattern index: the puffer-jacket look and gold accents appear the same on all copies, with no paint seed or "blue gem" to pursue. What distinguishes one from another is just wear and float.

No StatTrak Oligarch exists — the StatTrak counter is limited to skins whose source produces a StatTrak variant, and this one isn't among them. Is the Battle-Scarred Oligarch still recognizable?
Yes. Despite heavy scuffing on the white panels, the gold accents and overall shape keep the design readable at a glance in-game. It's about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price on the skin, not losing the designer look entirely.
Why does Battle-Scarred look rougher on the Oligarch than on some AKs?
Because the base is a pale white-and-black puffer-jacket finish, wear shows far more plainly than it would on a dark skin. At Battle-Scarred that means scratches and paint loss are very visible.
