AWP | Wildfire (Well-Worn)
The AWP | Wildfire (Well-Worn) is a Covert sniper rifle skin bearing the hand-painted Operation Wildfire flame logo, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into one of the game's most striking fire-themed AWPs, with wear the warm color still carries well.
Design
The skin is built on the Operation Wildfire logo, painted by hand over the body in orange and red flames that rise from the base. Rather than camo and geometry, Wildfire commits fully to fire imagery for a warm, aggressive look, and it bears the phrase "The nail that sticks out gets the hammer." It's the work of community artist VLEK.
AWP | Wildfire (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
At Well-Worn the finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the edges and high-contact areas, and the flames lose a little of their vividness where the surface thins. The logo still anchors the look and keeps the skin recognizable as a Wildfire, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade. For players who care more about price than a spotless surface, it delivers the fire look for less.
AWP | Wildfire Rarity
Wildfire carries Covert rarity — the red tier that tops the standard weapon-skin grades and the rarest result you'll get from a case. A Covert AWP is about as sought-after as finishes come.
AWP | Wildfire Case and Collection
Wildfire is a CS20 Collection skin found in the CS20 Case, released back in October 2019. Because the Covert tier drops only around 0.64% of the time (a figure shared across the whole tier), it's a rare unbox — which is why most copies are bought on the market rather than pulled from a case.
AWP | Wildfire Patterns
Every Wildfire shows the flame logo in exactly the same spot, meaning there's no random pattern variation and nothing like a paint seed or blue gem to pursue. Wear and float are all that set one copy apart from another.
StatTrak & Souvenir
The Wildfire has a StatTrak™ variant that tracks confirmed kills, its counter climbing as you play; it's scarcer and costs more than the ordinary skin, and the tally is permanent, remaining on the item whenever it's traded or sold. No Souvenir version was ever made, because Souvenir weapons issue only from Major-tournament souvenir packages and the CS20 Case has never been a Major drop.
AWP | Wildfire Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the finish's ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget way into a Covert AWP for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. It's one of the cheaper ways to get the genuine fire look into your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Wildfire look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scuffing and thinned paint along the edges and exposed metal — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering of Battle-Scarred. The flame logo keeps enough of its color to stay recognizable, so it still reads clearly as a Wildfire in a match, just with obvious wear.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Only if price is your main concern. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want a Covert AWP with the fire design as cheaply as possible, without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.
Which gloves go with the Wildfire?
Its fiery orange-and-red palette calls for a warm loadout, so orange, red, or crimson gloves are the natural match — a pair with flame or hot tones ties straight into the logo. Warm-hued wraps keep the whole setup looking like it's genuinely on fire, rather than fighting the skin's color.
