The Glock-18 | Blue Fissure (Battle-Scarred, BS) is a Mil-Spec pistol skin with a sleek blue body and a craquelure crackle pattern, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the finish, trading surface condition for the lowest entry price.
Design
Blue Fissure keeps it simple: a bold blue hydrographic laid down in a craquelure pattern, giving the slide a cracked-glaze, ceramic-like surface. It's a Valve design that relies on one saturated color and a clean layout rather than layered artwork, so the fissure texture is the whole story.
Glock-18 | Blue Fissure (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
At Battle-Scarred the finish wears its damage openly, with heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the slide and frame. This finish is capped at 0.58 rather than the full 1.0, so even its roughest copies never reach the extreme end of the float scale — the blue holds together better here than a fully uncapped skin would. The color and crackle keep the design readable at its worst.

Is the Battle-Scarred Blue Fissure still recognizable?
Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing and paint loss, the saturated blue and the crackle pattern keep the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the finish's identity.
Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred grade look completely destroyed?
Because the finish is float-capped at 0.58 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme wear. The blue base also masks some of the damage, so the skin stays more legible here than many lighter-colored finishes do at the same grade.
Which gloves go with this Glock?
