Glock-18 | Red Tire (Well-Worn)

Glock-18 | Red Tire (Well-Worn)

The Glock-18 | Red Tire (Well-Worn) is an Industrial Grade pistol skin showing its black and red tire-tread pattern in a rougher, more faded state. It's a cheap route into the design for players who put price ahead of surface condition.

Design

At heart the finish is a single black and red tire-tread graphic sprayed across the Glock's frame — a minimalist, automotive-flavored look driven by bold color rather than fine art. Valve designed it, and it carries the in-game line "Burn rubber."

Glock-18 | Red Tire (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Well-Worn sits high in the finish's 0.00–0.55 float range. Fading and paint loss are obvious now across the frame, and the red loses some of its earlier vibrancy, though the tread motif still holds the design together. Because the finish is capped at 0.55, even this worn grade stays milder than a full-scale skin would look.

Glock-18 | Red Tire Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade, the light blue tier. It ranks near the foot of the standard weapon grades, a single step above Consumer — a common grade that keeps entry costs down.

Glock-18 | Red Tire Case and Collection

Part of The 2021 Vertigo Collection, Red Tire arrived with Operation Riptide in September 2021. It doesn't drop from a weapon case; instead it turns up in the Vertigo Souvenir Packages given out around Major tournaments, so its supply is linked to those events rather than to unboxing.

Glock-18 | Red Tire Patterns

No random pattern variation applies here — the tire-tread graphic prints the same on every copy, so there's nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. What sets copies apart is purely wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A Souvenir version of this skin was produced and comes from the Major Vertigo Souvenir Packages, debuting in the Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package. No StatTrak variant exists, since StatTrak weapons originate only from weapon cases and Red Tire was never part of one.

Glock-18 | Red Tire Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the range, under Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget way to grab the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade rate. Within an already affordable mid-tier Glock, it's about as cheap as the finish gets without going fully worn. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn Red Tire look?

Noticeably. Expect clear fading and paint loss across the frame, with the red dulled from its brighter grades — more wear than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred's heaviest battering. The tread graphic keeps the skin recognizable, so it still reads as a Red Tire in-game.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Only if the lowest price is your priority. Field-Tested looks distinctly better for a small step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the design as cheaply as possible without dropping to Battle-Scarred.

Does the Red Tire come in Souvenir?

Yes. A Souvenir edition exists and comes from the Vertigo Souvenir Packages handed out at Major tournaments, first the Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package. There's no StatTrak version, as those are made only inside weapon cases, which Red Tire never dropped from.
