M249 | Humidor (Well-Worn)

M249 | Humidor (Well-Worn)

The M249 | Humidor (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec Grade M249 finish with a brown and purple vine-and-flower pattern, here showing clearer, heavier wear. It's a cheaper way into the decorative floral look, giving up some surface condition for a lower price.

Design

At its core this finish is a brown and purple spread of climbing vines and blossoms across the gun, a softer and more ornamental theme than the M249's typical camo skins. Valve built it, and it carries a cheeky quote in-game: "What are they keeping in there?"

M249 | Humidor (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Within the finish's 0.00 to 0.50 float span, Well-Worn sits high on the wear scale. Scuffing and paint loss spread across the edges and shroud, and the colors thin out in exposed areas — yet the vine-and-flower pattern still holds as the detail that keeps the skin readable. For price-first buyers it delivers the design for less.

M249 | Humidor Rarity

Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier and the most common class among standard weapon skins. That makes it an easy, low-barrier finish rather than a scarce one.

M249 | Humidor Case and Collection

Part of The 2021 Mirage Collection from the September 2021 Operation Riptide update, this finish sits in the Mil-Spec tier that fills roughly 79.9% of its drop pool. There's no weapon case for it; the Souvenir version instead came from Major souvenir packages, beginning at Stockholm 2021 and returning at later Majors.

M249 | Humidor Patterns

The look is fixed rather than randomized, so the paint seed has no effect on appearance and each copy shows the vines and flowers identically. Nothing like a blue-gem seed exists to track down — wear and float are the sole variables between copies.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak edition of this finish doesn't exist; StatTrak comes from cases, and this skin was never packed into one. It does appear as a Souvenir finish beside the regular version, with those Souvenir copies originating from Major souvenir packages — the Stockholm 2021 package first, then later Majors.

M249 | Humidor Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, above only Battle-Scarred, making it one of the cheaper ways into an already affordable, budget-to-mid M249 finish. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How rough does the Well-Worn look?

Fairly rough. There's clear scuffing and paint loss along the edges and shroud, with the brown and purple worn thin in exposed spots — heavier than Field-Tested but short of Battle-Scarred. The vine-and-flower pattern survives well enough to keep the skin recognizable in-game.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mostly if price is your priority. Field-Tested looks noticeably better for a small step up in cost, so many buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the floral design as cheaply as possible without going all the way to the most battered grade.

Why is the Humidor an affordable skin?

It sits in the Mil-Spec tier, the most common grade of standard weapon skins, and comes from a fairly recent 2021 collection with steady supply. High availability keeps prices down, so even the cleaner grades stay budget-to-mid, and worn grades like this one land among the cheapest ways to own it.
