The M4A1-S | Cyrex (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert rifle skin with a black, white, and red high-tech design, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into an iconic silenced-M4 finish, trading surface condition for the lowest entry price.

Design

Cyrex keeps a strong industrial identity: a custom high-tech design in black, white, and red, built on futuristic panels and circuitry instead of busy graphics. Designed by the community artist Nextgenz, it ships with a line of in-game dialogue: "Sebastien is coming for me Valeria... we don't have much time - Chase Turner, Coalition Defector."

M4A1-S | Cyrex (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

Battle-Scarred is the capped worst grade here: the finish is float-capped at 0.50, so its Battle-Scarred band runs only 0.45–0.50 rather than climbing toward the full 1.0 of an uncapped skin. That makes it milder than a normal Battle-Scarred — the damage is heavy, with scuffing and paint loss across the white panels and edges, but it never reaches the most extreme end of the wear scale, and the red accents keep the design legible.

Its Covert tier drops around 0.64% of the time from the case — the scarcest rate there is — and because the Operation Breakout Case is out of the active drop pool, supply is fixed, with the market, not unboxing, supplying most copies.
