M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Battle-Scarred)
The M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Battle-Scarred) is a Classified rifle skin with a red-and-blue dragon king over a teal-green body, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into the mythical M4A4 design, trading surface condition for the lowest entry price.
Design
Dragon King keeps its theme bold: a red-and-blue Chinese dragon running across a teal-green base, a regal, legend-driven look that leans on color instead of camo. Created by the community artist L'grand, it ships with a fitting in-game line: "A weapon worthy of The Monkey King himself."
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
At Battle-Scarred the finish wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the body, and the teal base fades and dulls in places. The red-and-blue dragon survives as the anchor that keeps the skin readable. The float is capped at 0.75, so it never reaches the very extreme of the wear scale, and the design stays legible even at its roughest.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Rarity
Rarity: Classified, the pink tier. It sits directly below Covert as the second-highest of the standard weapon grades, and it's a genuinely uncommon grade to unbox.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Case and Collection
The Dragon King is a member of The Chroma Collection, unboxed from the Chroma Case released in January 2015. Across the case the Classified tier pulls at roughly 3.2% (a rate shared among the tier's skins), and because the Chroma Case has left the active drop pool, supply is capped — the market is where most copies come from these days rather than fresh unboxes.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Patterns
Since the dragon and teal base sit the same way on every Dragon King, the finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ Dragon King is available too, adding a confirmed-kill counter; it's rarer and pricier than the standard drop, and the counter is permanent, following the item through every trade or sale. There's no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons are made only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Chroma Case has never featured as a Major drop.
M4A4 | 龍王 (Dragon King) Price
Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run the Dragon King design for players who care more about the look than the condition. If you want the teal-and-dragon M4A4 for as little as possible, this is the way in. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is the Battle-Scarred Dragon King still recognizable?
Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing and faded base, the red-and-blue dragon keeps the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the mythical look entirely — the dragon stays the focal point.
Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Dragon King look completely destroyed?
Because the finish is float-capped at 0.75 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme wear. The detailed dragon artwork also breaks up the surface, so the skin stays more legible here than a plain, flatly colored finish would at the same grade.
Which gloves go with the Dragon King?
Its teal base with red-and-blue accents suits a cool, jade-toned loadout, so teal, green, or blue gloves work best — a green or blue pair echoes the base and dragon, while red gloves can pick out the dragon's warmer tones for contrast. Pair it with other cool-colored gear for a coordinated mythical set.
