M4A4 | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear)

M4A4 | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear)

The M4A4 | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear) is a Covert rifle skin with a noir comic scene of a stylized woman inked in blue and magenta over grayscale. Minimal Wear keeps the artwork looking near-perfect while sitting a notch below Factory New on price.

Design

Neo-Noir dresses the M4A4 in a graphic-novel panel: a stylized woman rendered in blue-and-magenta ink over a subdued grayscale scene, with heavy black outlines lending it that comic-book look. The finish is a community design from the artist donschi, and it carries a suitably moody in-game line: "She grabbed what she could and disappeared into a decaying dystopia."

M4A4 | Neo-Noir (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear

At Minimal Wear the finish picks up only the faintest edge wear, and from any normal viewing distance it's hard to tell apart from Factory New. The blue and magenta inks stay fully saturated and the gray base shows no meaningful fading, so the scene keeps its punch. It's the grade for players who want top-tier looks without paying for the very top exterior.

M4A4 | Neo-Noir Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red tier at the top of the standard weapon-skin ladder, one rung above Classified pink. As a group, Covert skins rank among the rarest finishes any case can offer.

M4A4 | Neo-Noir Case and Collection

Neo-Noir belongs to The Clutch Collection and is unboxed from the Clutch Case, which arrived in February 2018. The Covert tier as a whole lands only around 0.64% of the time from the case (shared across the tier's skins), so with copies drawn from a finite pool of openings, most are picked up on the market rather than pulled firsthand.

M4A4 | Neo-Noir Patterns

There's no random pattern variation on the Neo-Noir — the artwork is placed the same on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" exists to chase. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ version does exist, adding a confirmed-kill counter; it drops from the same Clutch Case but as a scarcer, costlier pull than the standard skin, and its counter is permanent, staying with the item through trades and sales. No Souvenir version was made — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and the Clutch Case has never featured in a Major drop.

M4A4 | Neo-Noir Price

Minimal Wear sits just below Factory New on the range, offering close to the same look for a softer price — one of the smarter buys in the finish's ladder. It's a premium M4A4 skin that still lands under grail money. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Minimal Wear Neo-Noir look worn?

Barely. Wear at this grade is limited to the faintest scuffing on exposed edges, nothing that touches the central artwork. The inked figure keeps its full color and the design reads as good as new at a glance, which is why many buyers treat this exterior as the value sweet spot near the top of the range.

Is Minimal Wear the best-value Neo-Noir?

For a lot of buyers, yes. It costs meaningfully less than Factory New but looks almost the same, since the wear at this level is so minor. If you want the closest thing to a top-grade Neo-Noir without paying the Factory New premium, this is usually the grade to target.

Which gloves go with the Neo-Noir?

Its blue-and-magenta palette over gray suits a cool, moody loadout. Blue or purple gloves echo the inks directly, while black or gray wraps lean into the grayscale noir scene for a more understated match. Pair it with other cool-toned blues and purples in your inventory and the whole setup ties together nicely.
