The M4A4 | Temukau (Battle-Scarred) is a Covert rifle skin showing a female CT agent squaring off against a T-side rush in blue and cyan, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the lowest-cost way into the anime-styled Covert, trading surface condition for the cheapest entry price.
Design
The look is unmistakably anime: a female CT operative squaring up to a Terrorist rush, splashed across the rifle in electric blue and cyan tones like a cel from a Japanese cartoon. Community artist f0rnez designed it, and it comes with the rallying line "Stand your ground!"
M4A4 | Temukau (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear
Battle-Scarred floats reach up to the skin's 0.80 cap, so the finish wears its damage openly — heavy scratching and paint loss spread across the body. Because it stops short of a full 1.0 float, though, it never hits the most extreme wear, and the bold anime print keeps the design recognizable even at its roughest.

Covert is the grade here: the red tier at the summit of the normal weapon grades, one notch under the ★ knives and gloves. It's the scarcest weapon rarity you can hope to unbox.

Temukau is a Revolution Case drop from The Revolution Collection, both dating to February 2023. Because the Covert tier collectively unboxes only about 0.64% of the time from the case (shared across the tier), supply is limited and most players buy rather than unbox it.

No blue gem, no pattern lottery — the graphic is applied uniformly to every copy of the skin. The single thing that varies between them is how worn each one is.
StatTrak & Souvenir

FAQ
Is the Battle-Scarred Temukau still recognizable?
Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing, the bright anime scene and its blue-and-cyan color keep the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred is about accepting visible wear in exchange for the lowest price, not losing the artwork — the character and setting still come through plainly.
Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Temukau look completely destroyed?
Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never reach the most extreme wear the scale allows. Combined with a bold, high-contrast print that carries damage well, the skin stays more legible here than many lighter-toned finishes do.
Can I get Temukau from a trade-up?
In principle, yes. A trade-up contract using ten Classified skins from The Revolution Collection can output a Covert from that same collection, and Temukau is one of the possible results. It's not guaranteed to be this exact skin, so trade-ups are more of a gamble than simply buying the wear you want outright.
