M4A4 | Urban DDPAT (Factory New)
The M4A4 | Urban DDPAT (Factory New) is an Industrial Grade rifle skin wrapped in a gray urban digital camo. Factory New is the top exterior for this finish, where the pixelated pattern reads at its sharpest edge to edge.
Design
The look is a gray urban Digital Disruptive Pattern — a DDPAT camo applied as a hydrographic, layering interlocking pixel blocks in muted shades across the whole rifle. It's a Valve in-house design, and it ships with the wry in-game line: "By the time you're close enough to notice the pixels it's already too late."
M4A4 | Urban DDPAT (Factory New) Float and Wear
Factory New is the highest grade this finish reaches, and at this level the digital camo stays crisp with no scuffing to break up the pixel grid. The gray palette is subtle to begin with, so a top-grade copy is where the pattern's detail comes through most clearly. If you want the tactical camo looking its best, this is the exterior to chase.
M4A4 | Urban DDPAT Rarity
Rarity: Industrial Grade — the light-blue tier, sitting second from the bottom of the standard weapon grades, just above Consumer Grade. It's one of the more common tiers, which keeps this finish approachable.
M4A4 | Urban DDPAT Case and Collection
This skin belongs to The Train Collection, which arrived with the "Out with the old, in with the new" update in November 2013. It isn't a weapon-case finish — copies come from Train Souvenir packages handed out at Major tournaments, or from the open market, rather than from unboxing a standard case.
M4A4 | Urban DDPAT Patterns
There's no random pattern variation to hunt on this finish — the digital camo is a fixed hydrographic, so the pixel layout lands the same way on every copy. That means no paint seed or "blue gem" chase here; wear and float are the only things separating one from another.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There's no StatTrak version of this rifle. StatTrak weapons come only from weapon cases, and this finish was never part of a case — so a kill counter isn't offered. A Souvenir version does exist, though: it first appeared in the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package, since Souvenir weapons are produced through Major-tournament souvenir packages.
M4A4 | Urban DDPAT Price
Factory New sits at the top of this finish's price ladder as the cleanest grade available — a clear step above the worn exteriors below it. Even so, this camo lands as a premium pick among M4A4 finishes rather than a grail-tier one. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Factory New worth paying up for on this skin?
It depends on how much the detail matters to you. Factory New keeps the pixel grid sharp with zero scuffing, which shows off the camo best, but the muted gray tones already hide light wear well. Minimal Wear looks close for less, so pay the premium mainly if you want the top grade.
Which gloves suit the Urban DDPAT?
Its neutral gray urban camo slots into almost any loadout, but tactical, military-leaning wraps look best. Gray, olive, or black gloves keep the understated field vibe intact, while a pair with a subtle camo or urban motif ties the whole kit together without clashing with the muted palette.
Does the M4A4 | Urban DDPAT come in a Souvenir version?
Yes. A Souvenir variant exists and first dropped from the DreamHack 2013 Souvenir Package. Souvenir copies carry gold tournament stickers and a dropped-at tag from the event, which makes them collector pieces distinct from the standard skin — often scarcer, and priced on the sticker combo they landed with.
