Negev | Infrastructure (Minimal Wear)
The Negev | Infrastructure (Minimal Wear) is a Mil-Spec Negev finish printed with a schematic hydrographic of a building's construction, HVAC, and wiring plans. Minimal Wear keeps the blueprint looking close to fresh while shaving a little off the top-grade price.
Design
The look is a technical drawing brought to a gun: the 51st floor's construction, HVAC, and wiring plans laid over the Negev as a hydrographic, tying into the Vertigo map's high-rise build site. Valve created the finish, and it wears the caption "All according to plan…"
Negev | Infrastructure (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
With the finish's float spanning 0.00 to 0.49, Minimal Wear sits just above the cleanest grade. Any wear here is faint — a touch of edge scuffing at most — while the schematic lines hold their detail and the plan reads clearly. For most buyers it's the sweet spot between near-perfect looks and a friendlier ask.
Negev | Infrastructure Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier at the base of the paid weapon grades. It's the most common class in its collection, but because the finish is collection-distributed rather than freely unboxed, circulating copies are less plentiful than a typical case skin.
Negev | Infrastructure Case and Collection
Part of The 2021 Vertigo Collection, which arrived with Operation Riptide in September 2021, this finish has no dedicated weapon case. Regular copies come by way of collection drops and trade-ups, and Souvenir copies from Major souvenir packages. Within those packages Mil-Spec is the most common tier at about 79.92%, shared across the tier's skins.
Negev | Infrastructure Patterns
There's no random roll to consider: the schematic hydrographic is fixed, printed the same on every unit, so no paint seed or blue-gem variant exists to track down. What separates one copy from another is simply its wear and float values.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak edition was never made — those counters come only from weapon cases, and this finish reached players through a collection and Major souvenir packages instead. It does exist as both a regular finish and a Souvenir one; the Souvenir first appeared in the Stockholm 2021 Vertigo Souvenir Package, with later Major packages carrying it as well.
Negev | Infrastructure Price
Minimal Wear sits just under Factory New and above Field-Tested on the ladder, and the finish as a whole ranks premium for a Negev given its collection-only supply. It suits players who want a near-flawless blueprint without paying for the very top grade. Available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How different is Minimal Wear from Factory New?
Barely different to the eye. Both grades keep the schematic lines detailed and the plan drawing legible; the wear on a Minimal Wear copy is limited to faint edge scuffing you'd have to seek out. With a modest price gap, the choice largely comes down to whether you want the lowest float.
What does the Infrastructure design represent?
It's a hydrographic of a building's construction, HVAC, and wiring plans — specifically the 51st floor — printed across the Negev. The theme ties into The 2021 Vertigo Collection, whose map is a skyscraper under construction, and the flavor line "All according to plan…" leans into the blueprint idea.
Does float move the schematic's placement?
No. Float only governs how worn the surface appears, not where the artwork sits — the blueprint hydrographic is fixed on every copy. A lower float simply means fewer scratches and slightly sharper lines, while the schematic itself stays identical from one unit to the next.
