Nova | Graphite (Factory New)

Nova | Graphite (Factory New)

The Nova | Graphite (Factory New) is a Restricted-grade shotgun finish built from a gray polygon pattern layered over a reflective chrome base. Factory New is the top quality it comes in, showing the metallic facets at their brightest.

Design

The finish paints the Nova in a low-poly geometric pattern using metallic paints of varying reflectivity over a chrome base coat, so the gray facets catch light at different angles. It's a Valve-made design — sleek and industrial, closer to a machined-metal look than a graphic, which is a big part of its lasting appeal.

Nova | Graphite (Factory New) Float and Wear

The float range is unusually tight at 0.00–0.12, and Factory New sits at the bottom of it. At this grade the polygon facets stay crisp and the chrome base reflects cleanly with no scuffing. Because the whole finish caps at 0.12, even the more worn grade barely shows use — but Factory New is where the metallic sheen looks its absolute best.

Nova | Graphite Rarity

This finish is Restricted — the pink tier, sitting mid-to-upper in the standard weapon grades. It's a genuinely uncommon quality, a clear step above the blue and light-blue brackets beneath it.

Nova | Graphite Case and Collection

Graphite belongs to The Arms Deal 2 Collection and drops from CS:GO Weapon Case 2, released with The Arms Deal 2 update in November 2013. The Restricted tier pulls at roughly 15.98% from that case, a rate shared across the tier's skins. As one of the oldest cases in the game, its supply is long fixed, so the market is where these trade.

Nova | Graphite Patterns

There's no seed to chase — the polygon layout is a fixed design, printing the same facets on every copy with no rare alignment or blue-gem roll. Grade and float are the only variables separating one listing from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak version exists, minted from CS:GO Weapon Case 2, adding a confirmed-kill counter that's permanent and never gets wiped when the shotgun changes hands. There's no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and The Arms Deal 2 Collection was never handed out at a Major.

Nova | Graphite Price

Factory New sits at the top of this finish's own ladder as the cleanest grade, a step above Minimal Wear. Within the Nova lineup it's a high-end, grail-tier pick, one of the most valuable finishes the shotgun offers. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Why is the Graphite so expensive for a Nova?

It's a Restricted finish from CS:GO Weapon Case 2, one of the earliest and now-retired cases, so supply is scarce and demand for the sleek metallic look stays high. That combination pushes it into high-end, grail-tier territory — well above the shotgun's common finishes.

Which gloves match the Graphite?

Its gray, metallic palette pairs cleanly with a monochrome loadout, so gray, black, or silver gloves suit it best. Neutral wraps let the chrome sheen stand out, while a subtle cool-tone pair keeps the whole setup looking machined and industrial rather than busy.

Is Factory New the best grade to buy?

For collectors, yes — it shows the polygon facets and chrome base at their sharpest. But with the float capped at 0.12, even Minimal Wear stays remarkably clean, so if you want the look for less, the lower grade is a smart alternative that gives up very little visually.
