Sawed-Off | Sage Spray (Well-Worn)
The Sawed-Off | Sage Spray (Well-Worn) is a Consumer Grade shotgun skin with freehand sprayed lines in contrasting colors, here in a more weathered state. It's a cheaper route to the graffiti look, with wear the busy strokes still partly disguise.
Design
At its heart this finish is loose spray-can graffiti: short, thick lines in contrasting colors, sage-green included, laid freehand across the Sawed-Off. Valve designed it, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "Perfect for the insurgent on the go."
Sawed-Off | Sage Spray (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Sitting high in the finish's 0.06–0.80 float band, Well-Worn shows clear scuffing and fading across the body, where the sprayed lines lose some punch. The busy freehand pattern still keeps the design readable, but the wear is plainly on show — a fine trade for players who put price ahead of surface polish.
Sawed-Off | Sage Spray Rarity
Rarity: Consumer Grade, the white tier. It's the base of the skin grades and the most common rarity you can pull, which keeps the base finish cheap and easy to come by.
Sawed-Off | Sage Spray Case and Collection
Sage Spray is drawn from The Overpass Collection, introduced with Operation Breakout back in June 2014. There's no case in the picture — copies arrive via the collection and its many Souvenir packages rather than unboxing, so most trade hands on the market.
Sawed-Off | Sage Spray Patterns
Because the sprayed graffiti appears the same on every copy, this finish has no random pattern variation — there's nothing like a seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ from one another only in wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
No StatTrak edition exists, as StatTrak copies are minted through weapon cases and this finish came out of a collection rather than a case. A Souvenir version was produced, however, starting with the ESL One Cologne 2014 Overpass Souvenir Package and continuing through many later Major souvenir packages; the copy described here is the regular, non-Souvenir finish.
Sawed-Off | Sage Spray Price
Well-Worn sits low on the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a cheaper way into the graffiti look for players who won't pay the higher-grade rate. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Sage Spray look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and faded strokes across the body, more than Field-Tested but short of the heaviest battering. The busy freehand graffiti keeps the design recognizable, so it still reads clearly as Sage Spray in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mostly if you're minimizing spend. Field-Tested looks fresher for a modest step up, so many buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the graffiti design for as little as possible without going all the way to Battle-Scarred.
Is Sage Spray a good value shotgun skin?
At the lower grades, yes. The base finish is Consumer Grade with no case behind it, so Well-Worn keeps prices modest even though the finish sits at the premium end of the Sawed-Off range overall. You get the graffiti look without paying top-grade money.
