Design

Sage Spray keeps a casual, street identity: short, thick freehand lines in contrasting colors, sage-green among them, sprayed across the Sawed-Off. It's a Valve-made finish, complete with a fitting in-game line: "Perfect for the insurgent on the go."

Sawed-Off | Sage Spray (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

Battle-Scarred is the top of the finish's float range, but that range caps at 0.80 rather than the full 1.0 — so even the roughest copies stay a shade milder than a normal Battle-Scarred skin. You'll see heavier scuffing and faded strokes across the body, yet the graffiti stays readable and never reaches the extreme end of the wear scale.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred Sage Spray look completely trashed?
