Design

At its core the finish is a dark, industrial body stenciled with radiological warning hazard patterns — a contamination-zone theme with no decorative frills. It's a Valve creation for The Nuke Collection, built to look grim and functional.

Well-Worn sits near the top of the 0.06–0.80 range, so the surface shows clear scuffing and paint thinning across the frame and edges. Because the finish is float-capped at 0.80, though, even this grade stops short of the extreme wear a full-1.0 skin would show — so the hazard markings stay more intact than you might expect, just visibly weathered.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the Irradiated Alert design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.

Why doesn't Well-Worn look completely trashed?
