Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert (Factory New)
The Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert (Factory New) is a Consumer Grade shotgun spray-painted with radiological warning hazard patterns, an industrial hazard-sign theme across the body. Factory New is the highest grade it comes in, showing the warning markings at their most defined.
Design
Irradiated Alert wears its concept openly: radiological warning hazard patterns sprayed across a dark, industrial-looking body, evoking a contamination-zone stencil. It's a Valve-made finish for The Nuke Collection, leaning into a grim, utilitarian aesthetic rather than decorative flourish.
Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert (Factory New) Float and Wear
The finish runs a float range of 0.06–0.80, and Factory New sits at the low end of that scale. At this grade the hazard markings read sharpest and the surface stays even, with no scuffing to break up the stencil work. The float floor of 0.06 means Factory New copies sit right at the qualifying edge, so a truly pristine example is a narrower band than on a full-range skin.
Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert Rarity
Rarity: Consumer Grade — the white tier at the very base of the weapon grades. It's the most common rarity in the game, which normally keeps prices low, though scarcity within this particular finish set pushes its standing higher than the tier suggests.
Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert Case and Collection
This finish belongs to The Nuke Collection, introduced with the Arms Deal update in August 2013. As a collection skin, the regular version is obtained through collection drops and trade-ups rather than a weapon case, so supply is tied to that pool rather than case openings.
Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert Patterns
There's no random pattern roll on this shotgun — the radiological hazard markings land the same way on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" variant to chase. Wear and float are the only things that separate one copy from another.
StatTrak & Souvenir
This finish exists as a regular version and a Souvenir version, but there is no StatTrak edition. Souvenir copies debuted in the ESL One Cologne 2014 Nuke Souvenir Package and returned in later Major-tournament packages handed out at different events; those wear a gold nameplate and random stickers, unlike the regular shotgun described here.
Sawed-Off | Irradiated Alert Price
Factory New sits at the top of the Irradiated Alert price ladder as the cleanest grade available — a step above Minimal Wear and, thanks to its scarcity within the finish set, a premium pick among Sawed-Off skins. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Factory New worth it over Minimal Wear?
If you want the hazard markings at their most defined with no surface wear, yes. Factory New is the top grade here, though the 0.06 float floor makes truly pristine copies a narrow band. The industrial base hides light handling, so Minimal Wear looks close for less — pay up for the best condition on the shelf.
Why is a Consumer Grade skin priced this high?
Consumer Grade is normally the cheapest tier, but this finish is scarce within its own set, which lifts its price above what the white tier usually commands. The Souvenir editions from Major packages add collector demand too, so the regular Factory New sits at a premium relative to other Sawed-Off finishes.
Which gloves match the Irradiated Alert?
Its dark, industrial hazard-sign palette suits a gritty loadout, so gray, black, or muted olive gloves keep the utilitarian mood. Weathered, worn-look wraps reinforce the contamination-zone theme. Avoid bright, glossy colors that clash with the grim industrial finish.
