Sawed-Off | Origami (Well-Worn)
The Sawed-Off | Origami (Well-Worn) is a Mil-Spec shotgun skin with an origami-inspired paint job in brown and yellow, here in a more weathered state. It's a cheaper route to the artistic folded-paper look, with wear the warm base still partly hides.
Design
At its core the finish is a warm brown-and-yellow origami-inspired design, an almost paper-craft motif that gives the Sawed-Off a distinctly artistic character. The community artist Big Monkei is behind it, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "It takes time to build something beautiful, but only a moment to destroy it."
Sawed-Off | Origami (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Sitting high in the finish's 0.00–0.55 float band, Well-Worn shows clear scuffing and paint thinning across the body, where the warm tones start to fade. The origami artwork still holds its shape as the standout element, but this is plainly a worn grade — a fine pick if you care more about price than surface condition.
Sawed-Off | Origami Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade, the blue tier. It's the base rung of the standard weapon grades and the most common rarity to unbox, which keeps this finish cheap and readily available.
Sawed-Off | Origami Case and Collection
Origami belongs to The Chroma 2 Collection and drops from the Chroma 2 Case, released back in the April 2015 update. As a group the Mil-Spec tier unboxes roughly 79.92% of the time from that case (an odds figure shared across the tier), so copies remain plentiful on the market.
Sawed-Off | Origami Patterns
Because the origami artwork is placed the same on every copy, this finish carries no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ from one another only by wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak edition does exist, its kill counter minted through the Chroma 2 Case; it's a scarcer, costlier drop than the plain skin, and the tally is permanent — it never gets wiped when the weapon changes hands. A Souvenir version was never produced, as Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and this finish was never part of one.
Sawed-Off | Origami Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget way into the origami design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn Origami look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and some fading of the brown-and-yellow tones across the body, more than Field-Tested but short of the heaviest battering. The origami artwork keeps its shape, so the design stays recognizable in-game even with the extra wear on show.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mainly if price is your priority. Field-Tested looks a good deal fresher for a fairly small step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the origami look as cheaply as possible without dropping to Battle-Scarred.
Is Origami a good budget shotgun skin?
Yes. It's a Mil-Spec finish from a widely opened case, so even the higher grades stay affordable, and Well-Worn brings the price down further. You get a genuinely artistic brown-and-yellow design on the Sawed-Off for very little outlay.
