USP-S | Bleeding Edge (Battle-Scarred)

USP-S | Bleeding Edge (Battle-Scarred)

The USP-S | Bleeding Edge (Battle-Scarred) is a Restricted pistol skin with a sleek body streaked in worn red and sharp tech motifs, in its most heavily worn condition. It's the cheapest way into this aggressive USP-S design, trading surface polish for the lowest entry price.

Design

Bleeding Edge keeps a worn red spray-paint pattern flowing across a sleek frame, cut through with sharp tech motifs for a futuristic, aggressive read. Designed by Valve, it comes with a fitting in-game line: "That's gonna leave a mark!"

USP-S | Bleeding Edge (Battle-Scarred) Float and Wear

This finish is float-capped at 0.60, so even Battle-Scarred — the top of its 0.00–0.60 range — never reaches the extreme end of the wear scale that a full-1.0 skin would. The result is heavy scuffing and paint loss, but not total ruin, and because the design already leans worn, the damage folds into the look and the skin stays readable in-game.

USP-S | Bleeding Edge Rarity

Rarity: Restricted, the purple tier. It ranks in the middle of the standard weapon grades, directly above Mil-Spec and below Classified — a mid-ranked grade to pull from the collection.

USP-S | Bleeding Edge Case and Collection

The skin sits in The Radiant Collection, which released together with the Spring Forward update on March 31, 2025. As a group the Restricted tier drops at roughly 15.98% (the rate is shared across the tier's skins), and the market — not fresh drops — is where most copies come from.

USP-S | Bleeding Edge Patterns

Because the red spray and tech motifs land the same way on every copy, this finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. The only things that separate copies are wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

There's no StatTrak edition of this skin — StatTrak weapons are only generated for finishes sold inside a weapon case, and Bleeding Edge never had one produced. There's likewise no Souvenir variant, since Souvenir weapons originate solely from Major-tournament packages and this collection has never been a Major drop.

USP-S | Bleeding Edge Price

Battle-Scarred is the cheapest grade of the skin — the entry-level way to run the design for players who care more about the look than the condition. If you want this red-streaked USP-S for as little as possible, this is the way in, and it keeps the finish comfortably affordable. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is the Battle-Scarred copy still recognizable?

Yes. Despite the heavy scuffing, the red streaks and tech motifs keep the design clearly readable at a glance in-game. Battle-Scarred here is about accepting visible wear for the lowest price, and since the pattern is styled to look worn already, the skin holds together rather than looking wrecked.

Why doesn't the Battle-Scarred copy look completely trashed?

Because the finish is float-capped at 0.60 rather than the full 1.0, its Battle-Scarred copies never hit the most extreme wear. Combined with a design that's meant to read worn from the start, the skin stays more legible at its roughest than many lighter-styled finishes do.

Which wear of Bleeding Edge is the smartest buy overall?

For most buyers, Field-Tested hits the best balance — it costs less than the cleaner grades while the worn-red styling still keeps the pattern legible. Battle-Scarred makes sense only if the lowest possible price matters more than surface condition, since the design already reads as a worn skin at every grade.
