The USP-S | Orion (Field-Tested, FT) is a Classified pistol skin with a bold orange, modern-graphic finish, here with a touch of honest wear. Field-Tested is the most common and recognizable way to own the design, offering the color for well under the top grades.
Design
At its core the finish is a vivid orange, custom-painted in a modern graphic style that trades clutter for confident color. It began as a community submission from the artist frontaLOBE, whose bold, vibrant taste defines the whole look — the Orion is a skin that lives on its color.
USP-S | Orion (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
At Field-Tested (float about 0.15–0.38) the finish picks up light scratching along the slide edges, but the orange base stays bright and the graphic holds up, so most copies still read strong at a glance. This is the grade many players picture when they think of the Orion — the balance point between looks and price.
USP-S | Orion Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink grade, ranked just beneath Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon tiers. Pulling one is genuinely uncommon.
USP-S | Orion Case and Collection
The Orion sits within The Huntsman Collection, which launched alongside the "The Hunt Begins" update in May 2014. As a group the Classified tier unboxes about 3.2% of the time (an odds figure shared across the tier), and with the collection well past its debut, buyers pick up most copies on the market these days.

Does the Field-Tested Orion look worn?
Only lightly. Expect a little scratching along the slide edges, but the bright orange base and modern graphic keep it looking vivid to the eye. At normal viewing distance a Field-Tested copy reads as a strong, recognizable Orion, with the wear showing up mainly on close inspection.
Is Field-Tested the best value Orion?
For most buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than Minimal Wear while keeping the color loud and the design clearly legible, and it's the most common grade on the market. Well-Worn (WW) and Battle-Scarred (BS) go cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind more visible wear.
