USP-S | Orion (Well-Worn)

The USP-S | Orion (Well-Worn) is a Classified pistol skin with a bold orange, modern-graphic finish, here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into a loud, eye-catching USP-S design, with wear the bright base still partly carries off.

Design

Orion keeps things bold: a bright orange finish in a modern graphic style, built on confident color instead of fussy detail. The community artist frontaLOBE designed it, bringing a flair for vibrant, high-impact aesthetics that gives the skin its whole personality.

USP-S | Orion (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

At Well-Worn (float around 0.38–0.45) the finish shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the slide, where the orange thins out. The color still carries the skin as the standout element, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade. Note the finish is float-capped at 0.50, so even the grade below this — Battle-Scarred — never reaches the extreme end of the scale.

USP-S | Orion Rarity

Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, sitting directly below Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon grades. Obtaining one from a drop is genuinely uncommon.

USP-S | Orion Case and Collection

Part of The Huntsman Collection, the Orion arrived with the "The Hunt Begins" update back in May 2014. The Classified tier as a group appears about 3.2% of the time (that rate is shared across the tier's skins), and with the collection long since past its launch, the market supplies nearly every copy these days.

USP-S | Orion Patterns

The Orion has no random pattern variation: the orange graphic is laid out the same on each copy, which means there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next.

StatTrak & Souvenir

This finish never received a StatTrak edition, so no kill-counter version exists — every Orion is a standard copy. It also has no Souvenir variant, because Souvenir weapons are made only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and this finish was never included in a Major drop.

USP-S | Orion Price

Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the Orion ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget way into the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. It's one of the cheaper routes to a genuine Orion in your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does the Well-Worn Orion look?

Noticeably. Expect visible scuffing and paint thinning across the slide — more than Field-Tested but short of the heaviest wear of Battle-Scarred. The bright orange base keeps the skin recognizable, so it still reads clearly as an Orion in-game despite the rougher surface.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Only if price is your top priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the loud orange design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.

Is Orion a good value pick among Classified USP-S skins?

It depends on your budget — Orion carries a premium price within the USP-S lineup even at Well-Worn, since Classified is an uncommon tier to begin with. If you want that bold orange design at the lowest possible cost, Well-Worn or Battle-Scarred are the way to get it.
