USP-S | Blueprint (Minimal Wear)
The USP-S | Blueprint (Minimal Wear) is a Mil-Spec Grade pistol skin dressed in a blue architect's-blueprint theme of fine technical linework. Minimal Wear keeps that drafting-paper design looking almost untouched while sitting a step below Factory New on price.
Design
Blueprint wraps the silenced USP in intricate line work reminiscent of an engineer's sketch, a community design by the artist Graff that merges technical aesthetics with an inventive concept. The finish has been hand painted using a blue theme to resemble an architect's blueprint, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "Sometimes the best-laid plans go awry."
USP-S | Blueprint (Minimal Wear) Float and Wear
Across its 0.00–0.86 float span, Minimal Wear falls just above the lowest band. At this level the blueprint linework stays sharp and the blue tone holds its saturation, with only the faintest edge wear that most players never notice in-game. It's a near-perfect look for less than the top grade asks.
USP-S | Blueprint Rarity
Rarity: Mil-Spec Grade. That's the blue tier, the entry rung of the standard weapon grades and the most common rarity to unbox from a case.
USP-S | Blueprint Case and Collection
This skin is part of The Operation Hydra Collection and comes out of the Operation Hydra Case, which launched alongside Operation Hydra in May 2017. Across the case the Mil-Spec tier pulls at roughly 79.92% (a figure shared among the tier's skins), and since the Operation Hydra Case has left the active drop pool, supply is capped — buyers pick up most copies on the market.
USP-S | Blueprint Patterns
There's no random pattern roll on Blueprint — the schematic lines are placed the same on every copy, so no paint seed or "blue gem" is worth hunting. The only things that set copies apart are wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ version, which adds a confirmed-kill counter; it drops more rarely and costs more than the standard skin, and its counter is permanent, staying with the item through trades and sales. No Souvenir variant was made — Souvenir weapons are produced only from Major-tournament packages, and this finish came from a case rather than a Major souvenir release.
USP-S | Blueprint Price
Minimal Wear sits just under Factory New on the ladder and above Field-Tested — a premium USP-S option that trades a sliver of condition for a friendlier price. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Is Minimal Wear worth it over Factory New?
For many buyers, yes. Minimal Wear looks almost identical to Factory New — the linework stays sharp and the blue base keeps its saturation — but it costs noticeably less. Pay up for Factory New only if you want the absolute cleanest surface; otherwise Minimal Wear is the smarter value.
How much wear shows at Minimal Wear?
Very little. Expect only faint wear along the edges, nothing that disturbs the schematic pattern across the body. At a normal viewing distance the skin reads as near-flawless, which is why it's a popular pick for players who want the look without paying the top-grade premium.
Which gloves go with the Blueprint?
Its cool blue palette suits a blue-themed loadout, so blue or navy gloves tie it together nicely, while neutral gray wraps keep the focus on the linework. Pair it with other blue-toned pieces for a clean, coordinated kit.
