Design

At heart Flashback is a saturated green coat on the silenced USP-S — a design that trades detail for a color that shouts. Community creator Superior Weapons hand painted it "in an attempt to make a suggestion about the duality of man," as the in-game description reads, and it carries the flavor line "Sierra Hotel Hotel Hotel."

The finish spans float 0.00–0.50 and is capped at 0.50, so it never reaches the extreme end of the 1.0 wear scale — Battle-Scarred copies here stay milder than they would on an uncapped skin.
