USP-S | Monster Mashup (Well-Worn)
The USP-S | Monster Mashup (Well-Worn) is a Classified pistol skin — custom green-monster graffiti with a pearlescent silencer — in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper way into a standout USP-S design, with wear the busy artwork still partly disguises.
Design
At its core the finish is a custom paint job built around a green monster and a spread of icons taken from popular urban art, with the silencer set apart by a pearlescent coat. The artwork is the work of community designer Nextgenz, and it carries the in-game line "X__X".
USP-S | Monster Mashup (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
High on the 0.00–0.70 float range, Well-Worn shows clear scuffing and paint loss across the frame and edges, where the artwork thins. The green monster and icons still hold as the standout features, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade. Note that the finish is float-capped at 0.70, so even here it stops short of the very roughest end of the scale — for players who care more about price than a spotless surface, the mashup lands its look for less.
USP-S | Monster Mashup Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, ranked just below Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon grades. Pulling one from a case is genuinely uncommon.
USP-S | Monster Mashup Case and Collection
Belonging to The Operation Broken Fang Collection, the skin drops from the Operation Broken Fang Case that arrived with Operation Broken Fang back in December 2020. The Classified tier as a group unboxes about 3.2% of the time (that odds figure is shared across the tier), and with the case no longer in the active drop pool, supply stays fixed — most copies are bought on the market instead of from a case.
USP-S | Monster Mashup Patterns
This finish carries no random pattern roll: the monster and its ring of icons are placed the same on each copy, which means there's no paint seed or "blue gem" to track down. Copies differ only by wear and float.
StatTrak & Souvenir
A StatTrak™ version does exist and brings a confirmed-kill counter along; it's a scarcer, more expensive drop than the plain skin, and that counter is permanent — it carries over whenever the item is traded or sold. A Souvenir edition was never produced, since Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament packages and this finish has never been a Major drop.
USP-S | Monster Mashup Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget route to the design for players who won't pay the mid-grade premium. It's one of the cheaper ways to get the mashup into your loadout. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn copy look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and paint thinning across the frame and around the edges — more than Field-Tested but short of the heavy battering of Battle-Scarred. The green monster and urban icons keep it recognizable, so it still reads clearly as the Monster Mashup in-game.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Only if price is your priority. Field-Tested looks a fair bit better for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want the mashup design as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.
Does the artwork survive at this grade?
Yes. The design is dense and high-contrast, so even with real paint loss the monster centerpiece and the surrounding icons stay legible, and the pearlescent silencer keeps some of its shimmer. Well-Worn trades a clean surface for a lower price, not the identity of the skin.
