USP-S | Neo-Noir (Factory New)

The USP-S | Neo-Noir (Factory New) is a Covert pistol skin — a stylized blue-magenta woman set over a grayscale background in a purple-and-pink noir palette. Factory New is the top grade, showing the artwork at its most vivid and saturated.

Design

Designed by community artist donschi, Neo-Noir leans into a cinematic look: a blue-magenta figure painted across a muted grayscale backdrop, with purple and pink hues doing all the emotional lifting. It reads more like a comic-book panel than a weapon wrap, and it carries a fitting in-game line: "Drenched in a neon glow, she lies at the foot of an oppressive skyscraper."

USP-S | Neo-Noir (Factory New) Float and Wear

Float on this finish runs 0.00–0.70, and Factory New sits right at the bottom of that scale. Here the neon woman and her glow render at full punch, the grayscale ground stays clean, and there's no scratching to break the noir mood. If you want the illustration exactly as the artist drew it, this is the grade to reach for.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red tier, the highest standard grade for weapon skins short of a knife. It's a genuinely rare pull from a case.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Case and Collection

Neo-Noir belongs to The Spectrum Collection and drops from the Spectrum Case, which arrived in March 2017 alongside the "Take a trip to the Canals" update. As a Covert, it sits in the rarest weapon tier in that case at roughly 0.64% odds, so with the case's supply fixed, most copies change hands on the market rather than coming straight from an unboxing.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Patterns

The artwork is printed the same on every copy — no random paint seed, no "blue gem" rolls to chase. The neon figure and grayscale background land identically each time, so wear and float are the only things that separate one from another.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ version exists and comes from the Spectrum Case too, adding a confirmed-kill counter; it's a rarer, pricier drop than the standard skin, and the counter is permanent, carrying over when the item is traded or sold. There's no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons come only from Major-tournament souvenir packages, and this finish was never part of a Major drop.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Price

Factory New sits at the very top of the price ladder as the highest grade available, a clear step above Minimal Wear and a premium pick within the USP-S lineup. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Is Factory New worth the premium here?

If the artwork is the whole point for you, yes. Factory New shows the neon glow and color saturation at their strongest with zero surface damage, and it's the grade collectors pay up for. That said, Minimal Wear looks nearly identical for less, so the premium is really about owning the top condition.

Which gloves go with Neo-Noir?

Its purple-magenta palette pairs beautifully with purple or pink gloves — think Nomad Gloves in a violet colorway or any wrap that echoes the neon hues. A dark, muted glove also works, letting the skin's colors carry the loadout against a grayscale-leaning base.

Does the artwork change between copies?

No. Neo-Noir has a fixed design with no pattern variation, so every copy shows the same neon woman and skyline. Only float — and therefore wear — separates one from another, which is why condition is the main thing to weigh when buying.
