USP-S | Neo-Noir (Field-Tested)

The USP-S | Neo-Noir (Field-Tested) is a Covert pistol skin with a blue-magenta woman painted over a grayscale background in purple and pink noir tones. Field-Tested is the most common, most affordable way to own the design while it still shows plenty of color.

Design

Community designer donschi built Neo-Noir around a cinematic mood: a blue-magenta figure over a grayscale backdrop, with purple and pink hues carrying the atmosphere. It feels more like a graphic-novel frame than a standard wrap, and it ships with a fitting in-game line: "Drenched in a neon glow, she lies at the foot of an oppressive skyscraper."

USP-S | Neo-Noir (Field-Tested) Float and Wear

With a float range of 0.00–0.70, Field-Tested lands in the middle of the scale. Here the finish picks up light scratching and some fading around the edges and slide, but the central artwork stays clear and the neon woman still reads with plenty of color. This is the grade most players settle on — the balance point between looks and price.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Rarity

Rarity: Covert — the red tier, sitting at the top of the standard weapon grades below knives and gloves. Pulling one from a case is genuinely rare.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Case and Collection

Neo-Noir comes from The Spectrum Collection and drops out of the Spectrum Case, which launched in March 2017 with the "Take a trip to the Canals" update. As the case's Covert, it pulls at roughly 0.64% — the rarest tier in the box — and since supply is capped, most copies are bought on the market instead of unboxed.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Patterns

No random pattern variation applies here: the neon illustration and grayscale ground print identically on every copy, so there's no paint seed or "blue gem" worth chasing. The only differences between copies come down to wear and float.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak™ Neo-Noir is available, also sourced from the Spectrum Case, adding a confirmed-kill counter; it's scarcer and more expensive than the standard drop, and the counter is permanent, following the item through every trade or sale. There's no Souvenir edition — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages, and this finish was never a Major drop.

USP-S | Neo-Noir Price

Field-Tested is the value sweet spot of the range — cheaper than Minimal Wear while keeping the design plainly recognizable, which is why it's the most-traded grade of this premium USP-S. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

Does the Field-Tested copy look worn?

A little. You'll see light scratching and some edge fading on close inspection, mostly around the slide, but the neon woman and her glow stay legible and colorful at a normal viewing distance. For the price, it holds the noir look well and reads clearly in-game.

Is Field-Tested the best value grade?

For a lot of buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than Minimal Wear while keeping the artwork clear, and it's the easiest grade to find on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind heavier fading.

Which gloves match Neo-Noir?

Lean into the purple-magenta palette. Purple or pink gloves echo the neon hues directly, while a dark, desaturated wrap lets the skin's colors pop against a muted base. Either route ties the sidearm into a cohesive noir-themed loadout.
