USP-S | Royal Blue (Well-Worn)

USP-S | Royal Blue (Well-Worn)

The USP-S | Royal Blue (Well-Worn) is an Industrial Grade pistol skin with a solid regal-blue coat on the silenced USP, shown in a more battered state. It's a cheaper way into a rare finish, with wear that a flat color can't fully disguise.

Design

At heart this is a single deep blue coat with no decals or stencils — color doing all the work on the slide. Valve made it as one of the solid-color finishes that also include indigo, crimson and gray, and it comes with an in-game quip: "You should smile Felix, you'd have more luck with the ladies if you didn't look like such a dour bastard all the time."

USP-S | Royal Blue (Well-Worn) Float and Wear

Near the upper end of the finish's 0.06–0.80 float range, Well-Worn shows clear fading and paint loss across the slide and edges, with the blue thinning where the finish has taken the most abuse. A solid coat exposes this wear plainly — there's no pattern to mask it. For players who care more about price than a flawless surface, this grade still delivers the recognizable royal-blue look for less.

USP-S | Royal Blue Rarity

Rarity: Industrial Grade, the light-blue tier sitting low on the standard weapon grades. The grade is unremarkable, but the finish attached to it is scarce — that mismatch is what gives the skin its outsized reputation.

USP-S | Royal Blue Case and Collection

Royal Blue is a member of The Cobblestone Collection, which debuted with Operation Breakout in July 2014. It was never a weapon-case drop; every copy traces back to Cobblestone Souvenir Packages issued at Major tournaments, so its supply is both limited and event-bound. That's why the market is where you'll find one, not an active case.

USP-S | Royal Blue Patterns

No random rolls apply to this finish: the flat blue is placed identically on each copy, which rules out any paint seed or "blue gem" to seek. What separates one Royal Blue from another is simply its wear and float, nothing more.

StatTrak & Souvenir

A StatTrak edition of Royal Blue doesn't exist — StatTrak drops originate from weapon cases, and this finish never shipped in one. The Souvenir version is the real collectible here: it dropped from Cobblestone Souvenir Packages beginning with the ESL One Cologne 2014 package, and those Major-issued copies can wear stickers and team tags that boost their value.

USP-S | Royal Blue Price

Well-Worn sits low on the Royal Blue ladder, under the mid grades and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget route into the finish for players unwilling to pay the cleaner-grade premium. Even so, the skin's rarity keeps it from ever being truly cheap. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.

FAQ

How worn does Well-Worn Royal Blue look?

Noticeably. Expect visible fading and paint loss along the slide and edges — more than Field-Tested, though short of the heaviest battering at Battle-Scarred. Since the finish is one flat color with nothing to hide behind, that wear reads plainly, but the deep blue still identifies the skin at a glance.

Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?

Mainly if price leads your decision. Field-Tested keeps the blue looking more even for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers lean that way. Well-Worn makes sense when you want a genuine Royal Blue as affordably as possible without dropping all the way to Battle-Scarred.

Which gloves go with Royal Blue?

Its cool, deep-blue tone pairs best with blue or dark gloves — a blue set echoes the coat directly, while black or gray wraps keep the loadout low-key. Build around cool colors and it anchors a blue-themed setup nicely.
