USP-S | Target Acquired (Well-Worn)
The USP-S | Target Acquired (Well-Worn) is a Classified pistol skin with a vibrant pink finish, a map graphic, and a bird's-eye HUD overlay, shown here in a more battle-worn state. It's a cheaper route into a sought-after USP-S finish, with wear the bold base still partly carries off.
Design
The finish keeps things loud and simple: a pink base marked by a stylized map pattern under a bird's-eye HUD overlay, a recon-themed look from Valve that relies on color rather than fine graphics. It comes with a fitting in-game line: "Target acquired."
USP-S | Target Acquired (Well-Worn) Float and Wear
Well-Worn sits high in the finish's 0.00–0.50 float range, just below the capped top grade. Scuffing and paint loss show clearly across the slide and high points, where the pink thins out. The HUD overlay and map graphic keep the design recognizable, but there's no hiding that this is a worn grade — the trade-off for a lower price on a pricey finish.
USP-S | Target Acquired Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier, ranked just below Covert and second from the top of the standard weapon grades. Unboxing one is genuinely uncommon.
USP-S | Target Acquired Case and Collection
The finish belongs to The Control Collection, brought in with Operation Broken Fang back in December 2020. The Classified tier as a whole drops around 3.2% of the time (an odds figure shared across the tier), and with the operation wrapped up, supply is fixed — copies are found on the market rather than earned in-game.
USP-S | Target Acquired Patterns
Because the pink base, map graphic, and HUD overlay are placed the same on every copy, this finish has no random pattern variation — nothing like a paint seed or "blue gem" to seek out. Wear and float are all that separate one copy from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There's no StatTrak edition of this skin. Since StatTrak variants ship inside cases and this finish comes from an operation collection instead of a case, a kill-counter version was never created. A Souvenir edition is missing too — those come strictly from Major-tournament packages, and The Control Collection has never been a Major drop.
USP-S | Target Acquired Price
Well-Worn sits near the bottom of the ladder, below Field-Tested and above only Battle-Scarred — a budget route into a finish that stays high-end and grail-tier even at its lower grades. For players who want the design without paying mid-grade money, it's one of the cheaper ways in. Available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
How worn does the Well-Worn version look?
Noticeably. Expect visible scratches and paint thinning across the slide and high points — more than Field-Tested but short of the heaviest battering. The bold pink base and HUD overlay keep the design readable, so it still reads clearly as this finish in-game despite the extra wear.
Is Well-Worn worth buying over Field-Tested?
Mainly if price is the priority. Field-Tested looks a good deal fresher for a modest step up in cost, so most buyers prefer it. Well-Worn makes sense when you want this finish as cheaply as possible without dropping all the way down to Battle-Scarred.
Does this finish reach the worst possible wear?
No. The finish is float-capped at 0.50, so even its roughest grade stops halfway up the wear scale. Well-Worn is therefore milder than the same grade on a full-range skin, and the pink base and HUD overlay stay legible rather than looking completely trashed.
