Released back in 2016, the Wasteland Rebel is quite an old skin, but nevertheless, it is one of the most underappreciated covert skins in the game. It features a menacing rebellious slogan on one side, and the T-side emblem on the other one. A slide is covered with a middle-eastern ornament, tying the entire composition into a DIY-masterpiece. And there are not too many covert skins that you could get for under 10 bucks.
