AK-47 | The Outsiders (Field-Tested)
The AK-47 | The Outsiders (Field-Tested) is a Classified rifle skin with a crude, street-art character illustration in bright colors over a dark body. Field-Tested is the most common and affordable way to own it — a bit of honest wear on artwork that still reads bold, for well under the cleaner grades.
Design
Bright colors and a crude, graffiti-style character sprawl across the AK's dark body, giving The Outsiders its raw, hand-sprayed street-art character. Designed by community artist m03h, it comes with an on-brand quote baked in: "The Ts on the bus win rounds and rounds, rounds and rounds, rounds and rounds."
AK-47 | The Outsiders (Field-Tested) Float and Wear
At Field-Tested the finish shows light scratching along the edges and on the magazine, but the busy, colorful artwork absorbs that wear well and still reads bold at a glance. The bright character illustration stays the focus regardless of the minor scuffing. This is the grade most players land on, and it's the sweet spot between price and looks.
AK-47 | The Outsiders Rarity
Rarity: Classified — the pink tier. It ranks second-highest among the standard weapon grades, directly beneath Covert, and it's genuinely uncommon to pull from a case.
AK-47 | The Outsiders Case and Collection
The Outsiders sits in The Gallery Collection and is unboxed from the Gallery Case, introduced with the October 2, 2024 Armory update. The Classified tier as a whole lands about 3.2% of the time per opening, meaning nearly every copy on the market came from someone gambling on that slim chance rather than pulling it to order.
AK-47 | The Outsiders Patterns
The Outsiders carries a fixed design with no pattern randomness: the artwork lands the same way on each copy, leaving no paint seed or "blue gem" to hunt for. Wear and float are all that differentiate one from the next.
StatTrak & Souvenir
There is a StatTrak™ AK-47 | The Outsiders, which tacks on a confirmed-kill counter; expect it to be a rarer and pricier drop than the standard finish, with a permanent counter that carries over through trades and sales. No Souvenir variant was ever made — Souvenir weapons only come from Major-tournament packages, and The Outsiders has always been a case drop, never a Major souvenir item.
AK-47 | The Outsiders Price
Field-Tested is the value sweet spot of the range — cheaper than Minimal Wear while keeping the artwork bold and readable, which is why it's the most popular way to run this skin. It's an affordable mid-tier finish within the AK-47 lineup that stays easy on the wallet. It's available to buy on Skin.Land with instant delivery and no hidden fees.
FAQ
Does the Field-Tested Outsiders look worn?
Only lightly. There's some edge scratching and wear on the magazine, but the busy, colorful artwork hides it well, so a Field-Tested copy reads bold to most eyes. The character illustration stays the clear focus, which is why this grade is such a popular pick for the design.
Is Field-Tested the best value AK-47 | The Outsiders?
For most buyers, yes. It costs noticeably less than Minimal Wear while keeping the artwork bold, and it's the most common grade on the market. Well-Worn and Battle-Scarred are cheaper still if you want the lowest entry price and don't mind heavier scuffing across the illustration.
Which gloves go with the AK-47 | The Outsiders?
Its bright artwork over a dark body suits a colorful, street-style loadout, so gloves that pick up the orange and green tones in the finish work best. Warmer orange-heavy wraps lean into the graffiti energy, while a darker pair keeps the focus on the artwork itself.
